Great place for salads and coffee! There's even a tap to refill your water bottle -- very useful if you're downtown all day.

Can't go wrong with Tractor - I've had a few items from this location: their breakfast wrap, harissa chicken sandwich, matcha latte and all items were great.

Another restaurant cancelled my lunch order last minute and the team at Tractor Pender & Granville saved me! They quickly whipped up 21 chicken bowls in less than 20 min. The bowls were delicious and the service was over the top. THANK YOU, Aoife! The food and service you provide is always appreciated!

On my most recent visit to Tractor the bowl that the soup was served in wasn’t clean and had a residue all over that came off when scraping my spoon. Definitely doesn’t feel food safe to me. When bringing this to the attention of a staff member they shrugged off what I had to say. They seemed unbothered by my concern.

Ordered takeout. Came out in only a few min, which js amazing! Also lots of gf options.

While I appreciate that it's a quick lunch stop the food was really bland. I got a Thai veggie bowl and though I'm not expecting an authentic exp it was pretty bad. Healthy, but bad. More curry paste/salt/eggplant/lemongrass needed if you're going low fat w less coconut milk. For $23 after tip I'm surprised at how mid the food was.

Healthy, I’m sure the ingredients are decent quality but definitely overpriced.

Tasty and healthy!
I had half an original chicken sandwich and the ginger chili tomato soup. It was sooo good! 10 out of 10!
The staff were also really friendly and nice. They have some gluten-free options too.
I’ll definitely try their salad next time!

I usually enjoy Tractor, but I found a feather in my tofu bowl during my last visit. It was really off-putting and made me question their food safety standards. I hope they take this seriously and improve quality control.

We decided to have a breakfast and coffee here. The place was empty but the food taste wasn't the best.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my teenage daughters had at the Downtown Vancouver Tractor Foods location near the mall. They came home feeling very uncomfortable after being stared at and checked out by one of the male employees, who they later identified as “Nick.” They described him as a shorter man, possibly of Middle Eastern background.

This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate especially toward minors and made them feel disgusted and unsafe. It’s deeply concerning that someone like this is representing your brand. I expected better from a place like Tractor that promotes wellness and community.

Today was frustrating, and despite it being a quiet Friday with no line, the staff behind the counter seemed busy. I’ve never been more confused ordering at Tractor. It shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility to know all the options or variations for a menu item. How am I supposed to know if something comes in a cup or a bowl? I usually order a Market or Nourish Bowl, which is straightforward, but this time I tried something new, and the ordering process felt disjointed. Also, why was I given a number to hold when I clearly ordered my items to go, I'm not going to sit down and it wasn't that busy? Tractor should either clarify menu item options on the menu itself or train staff to explain them clearly during ordering.

Awesome place with great food and service. It was my first time in today so big shoutout to nick for his recommendations and good vibes. I got a nourish bowl and a latte and I’d definitely come back for both!
