I had an excellent experience at Tractor from the moment I walked in.
The place is welcoming, clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away.
The food was delicious and very fresh. I ordered the bacon wrap and the red lentil soup, and both dishes were amazing. I especially want to highlight the dressing on the wrap: it was incredible. It gave the perfect flavor, balanced and very well thought out. The red lentil soup was also delicious and very comforting.
Besides the quality of the food, the service was the best part of the whole experience. Everyone treated me with kindness and patience. I want to give a special thank you to the girl at the counter. She was extremely attentive, and I was so happy to find out that she speaks Spanish. I am traveling and I do not speak much English, so she explained the menu to me, gave me suggestions, and made everything easier. Her attitude was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. You can tell when someone enjoys their job and cares about the customer.
I left feeling happy and satisfied. This is definitely a place I will return to and highly recommend: great food, great service, and a truly pleasant experience. Thank you for making my day so nice! 😍💞🫶🏼

I highly recommend Tractor! I’ve tried almost all of their salads, and they’re all delicious. I ordered the nourish bowl and added tofu as my protein the tofu is marinated in a chili lime sauce, the best I’ve ever had! The service is always great, and the staff always welcome you with a smile and a positive attitude. Finally, I want to mention that Marina is very friendly and always treats me very well. ❤️

One of my favourite spots in Vancouver for healthy food! All the salads, stews, sandwiches, wraps, juices, snacks etc are incredibly DELICIOUS! My always favourites are the Thai Veggie Stew, Chicken Sandwich, Quinoa, Kale and Beets salad! The chilli sauce is amazing as well! I love it! Can’t wait to visit again this place! The restaurant is always tidy and they have great service and atmosphere! 100% recommended 🥰

The restaurant is bright, comfortable, and everything looks fresh and well organized.
I ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich with their home made hot sauce and the ginger chili tomato soup. Both were delicious. The sandwich was full of flavor and the house sauce added an amazing touch. The soup was very tasty and complemented the sandwich perfectly.
What truly made my visit special was the service. I was assisted by a girl who speaks Spanish 🥹♥️, which was such a help. I am traveling and my English is limited, so sometimes ordering can be a bit challenging. She noticed I was unsure and immediately switched to Spanish. She explained the menu clearly, gave me recommendations, and did it all with incredible patience and kindness.
Thanks to her, the whole experience was easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. I left very happy and grateful. I highly recommend this place, not just for the food, but for the excellent service.

Last week I was on vacation in Vancouver and surprisingly came across this place. I was delighted with their salads my favorite was the beet and pear one. The service was excellent; the staff was very kind and friendly. I visited the shop around 4 p.m. I 100% recommend this place!
Super disappointed in my most recent visit to Tractor. I had walked in and had asked about the Harissa sandwich as I hadn’t tried before, and instead of answering me she walked over and just lifted the lid to show me it. Then I say I’ll try, she types in the computer and walks into the kitchen. Then another gal emerges to make the sandwich, between making it she’s cleaning all around the kitchen. Throwing stuff out, putting dirty dishes in the kitchen etc. Then my bread is ready and she doesn’t change her gloves!!! Just goes to make it. The biggest kicker was she didn’t add the cheese or any dressing, even though the sandwich comes with it. Zero level of customer service with this order.
I am never one to right a bad review, but the level of sanitization, lack of customer service and then making the order wrong just isn’t acceptable. Please do better tractor.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The portion sizes are ridiculous, unless you are on a 200 calorie count a day. WAYY overpriced. If you’re hungry take yourself anywhere else that actually gives you a damn serving of food.
