I visited this bakery a few times during my travels to Vancouver, and everything was always fresh and absolutely delicious! 😍 My favourites were the Cremes and cheesecake: so rich, creamy, and perfectly made 🥹🥰

And the Kürtöskalács (chimney cake)?
Just like the ones from my hometown in Transylvania. Quality check done! amazing taste, and texture! If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend it 🤩

They also have a cute little terrace out front and a few tables inside, perfect for enjoying your treats on the spot. I actually forgot to leave a review back then, but came across their Instagram and had to share how much I loved it. Unfortunately I just found one picture. A must-visit for authentic, fresh baked goods in Vancouver! 🙌

I have tried four of their pastries and they have all been amazing — the Torte layer cake, the Sunshine orange cake, the Tiramisu and the Raspberry cheesecake. I think my favorite is the Sunshine by a narrow margin. Their timings are slightly limited but the dessert quality is great!!

I used to get their dessert in my early 20s, came back again in my early 30s, still have the same alcoholic sweets 😋 if you like cake and alcohol this is the place to be! The pyramid looking cake with whip cream (I ate it before I took the picture) was the most memorable cake I had. 10 years later I still remember how unique that cake was.
My favorite was the raspberry cheesecake, not too sweet light raspberry flavour

The Savarina is “not too sweet”, which is the highest compliment. 5 out of 5!! So good.

A great teat place. Very reasonably priced. No GF options. No place to sit and enjoy their treats and coffee

Wonderful shop and bakery with treats you will not find easily elsewhere.
That delicious Hungarian spiral funnel treat called Kolocs something....or is it something Kolocs?
And the Romanian SAVARINE, sort of like Baba au rhum.
WOW!!

I am so glad I decided to give this bakery a try! The rum cake is one of the best I’ve had, it was full of flavour and the cake was very moist. Also tried the tiramisu and it was equally as great, the creamy part was light and fluffy! We will be back to try more cakes!
