As a person who mobilizes in a wheelchair, often alone, restaurants can be challenging.Accessing the front door was the hardest part....no automatic door! But that is not the responsibility of this tenant.Once inside, the manager and staff were very kind! Another patron was kindly asked to move so that I could use a lower-height table. The interior design is unique and fits well with their theme. I do recommend a nice warm apple cider and a slice of raspberry cheesecake. I love the smooth jazz and bossa that plays in the background, there is also the comforting smell of tea mixed with coffee. The staff is patient and chill, really nice in general.
Trees has a large selection of cheesecakes and delicious baked goods.I usually stop by for a latte or a cup of coffee and they’re both pretty good.The cafe is conveniently located in Gastown and has a nice and friendly staff.
