Trees Organic Coffee Kitsilano

Ordered a medium dark roast organic drip coffee, seemed like they were running low and they just filled up the coffee pot with water. Completely watered down coffee, unbelievable. If you like watered down coffee, this is ur spot in Van.

Not sure what has happened at Trees but was looking forward to a keylime cheesecake and for $8 got such a small portion and tasted like lemons. We live in an expensive city as it is can’t justified paying over $8 for a morsel that doesn’t even taste like keylime.

Went in today hoping to get pastries for my office staff (around 10 people). It was only 11:30am-ish so I was surprised to see that they were almost out of muffins… only three muffins left and two scones. The cashier was obviously new and really had a hard time taking my order. I don’t mind repeating myself a few times, etc. But in the end my salsa chicken order was wrong, they gave me a ham and bacon wrap. Which is a huge problem since I don’t eat pork. The annoying part of that is that she confirmed the salsa chicken ingredients with me, confirmed on the screen when she put in the order, and I confirmed it again when she handed it to me. I most definitely ordered chicken, I would never accidentally order ham. I didn’t realize until I got to the office and took a bite of ham by accident. Too far to go back and I’m out of time… overall not a great experience

This is my go to place to meet and catch up with friends and clients. The customer service is amazing and what can I say about the cheese cake, it is yummy.

Service is always friendly and the cheesecake is delicious. I would say though that Trees pricing if far more expensive than other coffee shops in the area.
