I used to come to this place for many years but it’s sad to say that now this isn’t remotely close to what it used to be. It was one of the best places here in Vancouver to go to and now has become one of the worst. The quality has gone down so much in every aspect that it literally just tastes like eating dough and oil now. Save your time and money now. I hope they flip things back around but as of right now I would not go back.

Trilussa is amazing pizza, different than your standard and always a delight. Definitely recommend getting a box of various slices and eating as much as you can, the rest heat up beautifully in a covered pan (if you can manage not eating them all at once).

My family and I have been going to this place for years, from its opening. Previously, I would’ve given Trilussa 5+ stars! Our most recent experience, was disappointing to say the least. Quality of ingredients has declined. My all time favourite was the caprese, but with a change in ingredients, I won’t be recommending anymore.

First time orders the Pizazz, it delivered very quick, but the Pizza was cold and edge of the pizza was hard, I am very disappointed about the quality of pizza. Never order it again

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I tried the pizza and it was really bad. The pizza is kept overnight and reheated in the morning to save a $. And I saw a mouse / or rat while I was there too. Gross. Plus I’ve heard the employees are badly treated. Never going back.

Ridiculously overpriced, it took forever to get our food and it wasn’t hot, also the staff is unprofessional. Honestly just go to any other pizza place save your money it’s not worth it

“Guess what we are going to have tonight” I told my son 2 days ago. We were excited to try your pizza for dinner that night. We got changed and went out in the cold rainy weather to your restaurant to pick up your order as planned, 7:30-8pm the TooGoodToGo app said. So you can see our extreme disappointment and anger when we showed up so see the store closed. You should uphold your obligations or at least cancel the agreement well ahead of time out of courtesy.

Best pizza in western Canada. By miles. Best is the Milano with mushrooms and the salmon is sensational.

I ordered via DoorDash. It was awful. It was all burnt and very low quality and bad taste

Fantastic, one of the best pizza places that I've been. Worth every penny! Fresh, tasty, Italian, thin crust. Where have you been all my life ... I drive by this place all the time but first time I noticed it !

Wow, just wow. Six stars! After dining here, I'll probably never experience pizza the same way again. I'm so glad I walked in here. Had walked past a few times but always thought its takeout or delivery only, because they don't have any signs saying open and it's difficult to see inside. Unlike most pizzas which are circular, they have a long-ish 2 feet pane. You can buy by the piece or an entire pane of 6 pcs and yes, mix and match is allowed! As I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely lady Angelita, who was so kind and generous. She took her time to explain me every single item they had including the ingredients. I later realized they had everything up on the board behind her, but she didn't point to it rather, was so friendly and considerate to talk to me. Tons of chicken, beef, lamb, and even salmon toppings.Ordered 2 pieces of pizza, 1 mozzarella rice croquette, and 1 coffee. She also upsized the coffee to large for the price of regular. The bread was fresh and dough rolled in house. Not at all oily or soggy unlike many franchises. $4 a piece but well worth it because its hand rolled fresh dough and all the ingredients are fresh. This is a TRUE Italian place run by Italians from the South who are so friendly. Coffee and the croquette was $4 each too.The place is small but the vibe is amazing and well maintained washrooms. Huge 54' screen playing nice videos and music.Angelita is one of the best persons I've met in the restaurant industry, and she puts her heart and soul into serving every customer, new or regular. She goes above and beyond her job every day. I will be back for sure. When a customer asked if they serve dessert, she said no but I can go back and make one for you if you can wait 10 mins. Wow, super incredible. What a change from some of the letdown experiences in posh and upscale expensive places just a few steps away. She truly embodies the Canadian spirit in words and actions! If there's only 1 place you must visit on Main Street, this is the place. I definitely had one of the best food experiences in Lower Mainland.
