I used to come to this place for many years but it’s sad to say that now this isn’t remotely close to what it used to be. It was one of the best places here in Vancouver to go to and now has become one of the worst. The quality has gone down so much in every aspect that it literally just tastes like eating dough and oil now. Save your time and money now. I hope they flip things back around but as of right now I would not go back.

I was treated to a leftover slice a while ago but it was impressionable enough for me to want to drop in for a fresh slice. On this particular overcast day, my friends and I each ordered 3-4 slices of several different pizzas. While the actual flavours were good, the dough was almost inedibly tough and chewy - almost as if they'd been left out over several days after being overworked. Quite disappointing. Would not return.

Trilussa is amazing pizza, different than your standard and always a delight. Definitely recommend getting a box of various slices and eating as much as you can, the rest heat up beautifully in a covered pan (if you can manage not eating them all at once).

My family and I have been going to this place for years, from its opening. Previously, I would’ve given Trilussa 5+ stars! Our most recent experience, was disappointing to say the least. Quality of ingredients has declined. My all time favourite was the caprese, but with a change in ingredients, I won’t be recommending anymore.

First time orders the Pizazz, it delivered very quick, but the Pizza was cold and edge of the pizza was hard, I am very disappointed about the quality of pizza. Never order it again

I dream of the pear and Gorgonzola pizza. This is the best pizza place in Vancouver, comma, boujie category.

We've been frequenting Trilussa since it was introduced to Main Street. It's usually a great place for flatbreads, coffee and homemade italian delicacies etc. However, our last encounter was horrifyingly disappointing. It was a long and tiring day, but we're blessed to live by so many fabulous eateries, so decided to select Trilussa for take out. We did arrive towards closing, so quickly grabbed what was already on display, which we later learned was a huge mistake. Unfortunately, everything tasted like stale cardboard crusted drab. The dough was so hard that we almost needed a chainsaw to cut it. Bland and flavourless was all that remained from what must've been these last remaining pizzas. Although we were also given an extra yard of pizza for free, this definitely not a gift but an insult. No matter how late it is or how near to closing, every client deserves what they're paying for which is quality and freshness. I wouldn't have given this to my dog. I was actually very tempted to return this junk back to Trilussa, but the store would've already been closed. This has left a very bad taste in our mouths, so will be gladly avoiding Trilussa for the foreseeble future.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I tried the pizza and it was really bad. The pizza is kept overnight and reheated in the morning to save a $. And I saw a mouse / or rat while I was there too. Gross. Plus I’ve heard the employees are badly treated. Never going back.

Ridiculously overpriced, it took forever to get our food and it wasn’t hot, also the staff is unprofessional. Honestly just go to any other pizza place save your money it’s not worth it

“Guess what we are going to have tonight” I told my son 2 days ago. We were excited to try your pizza for dinner that night. We got changed and went out in the cold rainy weather to your restaurant to pick up your order as planned, 7:30-8pm the TooGoodToGo app said. So you can see our extreme disappointment and anger when we showed up so see the store closed. You should uphold your obligations or at least cancel the agreement well ahead of time out of courtesy.

Best pizza in western Canada. By miles. Best is the Milano with mushrooms and the salmon is sensational.
