So I just ordered from Uber. A Monty Mushroom Burger sub veggie patty. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries. I don't know what kind of bun they used, but it wasn't their usual delicious bun. THEN I looked at the fries, and for almost $6, I MAY have received half an order. This place was so good. What happened!? I was looking forward to this meal all day at work, and I am so sad it was this disappointing.

Very confusing experience - I upsold to three piece fish and chip takeout without asking if I wanted third piece. Because I refused takeout bag for 25 cents (I can carry a takeout container to my car) the food came on a tray. While the food was placed in a takeout container quickly when I said again it was a takeout order I was told it hadn't been rung as a fish and chips takeout item even though I had been offered a takeout bag so a little confused about how not paying 25 cents for the takeout bag factored into what occured.

The bathroom was clean!But the Buffalo chicken burger looked dry and greasy. Overcooked and reheated in the lamp.The burger was over sauced, cold and bun was soggy. It sat there with tomatoe in the burger as the tomatoe was pretty much liquified.The tables were all dirty.Easily the worst Triple-Os as we typically love this chain. For $12.50 a burger, I wouldn't stop at this one.

I asked my husband to pick up one of their regular burger, no garnishes or additions. They tell him most people buy the double burger with cheese - so he does that. The thing is a big greasy gut bomb. Hardly any red sauce, very fatty and weighs a ton. An overwhelming amount of meat and cheese is too much for the sauce and bun. It was the worst burger I’ve ever had from this group and more than $14 for just a burger!. White Spot burgers used to be the best. Threw most of it out.

The chicken was dry and the sauce was very salty. The most important thing is that the hygienic situation is very bad. The staff does not wear gloves to make food, talking and laughing while making burgers. I have diarrhea after eating, I will never go to this store
