Terrible experience from start to finish. One of the worst location in the city

The wraps are so good, and a great deal

We drop in for shakes and a bite to eat everytime we come to visit my daughter on campus. The cashier, always the same one, is consistently unfriendly and rude. She doesn't even listen and just starts punching buttons on the register. Perhaps, hire people that have better customer service skills. As for food, it's hit or miss like any other Triple O's location.

I ordered the cheeseburger + poutine combo to go. The poutine was still warm, which was great, but the cheeseburger was disappointingly cold; the cheese in the middle hadn’t even melted. I live only about a five-minute walk from the restaurant, so it’s not like it had time to get cold.

The food was good, but my experience with the service wasn’t great. When the waitress brought my burger, she handed it to me without a tray or any takeaway packaging. I had to ask for a tray before she gave me one. Out of curiosity, I stayed and observed how other customers were served — everyone else received their food on a tray right away.

It left me feeling a bit singled out and disappointed. I really don’t want to assume or think otherwise, but if you’re serving the public, there shouldn’t be any form of “selective serving.” Consistency and equal treatment go a long way.

Honestly, I’m not sure I’d walk in again after that experience.

Today there were mice running around in the restaurant. Don’t think I’ll go back here any time
soon. Clearly also has an odd smell.

Even on a busy day your order may not be 100% correct.
All of that doesn’t matter because in the end

I tried to order a cookie and cream milkshake and the person at the register did not want make a new batch and told me to get chocolate. Not only that the line up was practically out the door and I saw people waiting for their food for over 15 minutes. I would not recommend this place at all.
