I want to triple o Order a burger Add a poutine everything I got I just found my burger a little bit cold.. But the person who took my order, she had no energy no enthusiasm lot job no thank you for talking her own language to her colleagues. I found that very rude. If you’re going to serve your customers, bring your customer service to table and make sure you should check the food if it’s right and it’s hot not cold.

Triple O's is one of my favorite fast food spots, but its also one of the most expensive, so this is a pathetic portion of fries considering the prices. This isn't a once off either, same size portion the last time I was there. Such a rip off. I hope the staff know the fries don't come out of their wages!

The food was absolutely delicious and fresh — every dish was full of flavor. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming vibe. A special shoutout to Tanya, our server, who made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service with a smile! Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again.

Today we got takeout order. It was two veggie burgers, onion rings, sweet potatoes and shake. We asked for onions in the burger . There was no onions as well we mentioned that put lettuce and tomatoes properly . However there was only one tomato and it was shredded lettuce in the burgers. I am very disappointed.. moreover, we asked for BBQ sauce instead chipotle for sweet potatoes and they gave half of the dip. This is second time I am complaining..

First, the flavor of the burger is truly juicy, well-seasoned, and beautifully served alongside crispy breaded onion rings. I asked for the bacon cheddar combo with gravy using the drivethrough. I opened my bag after arriving home to find no fries with my combo and only the burger and gravy. Ordered around 12:50pm Wednesday Jul 30. What a scam.
UPDATE: a person reached out to me as I contacted their email. I filled out the info they requested to the best of my ability. they promised to make it up to me through coupons and other things, and then asked me for my name and address. I gave it to them and then they was never any follow up or acknowledgement. I would renew my review to give the management 0 stars and also will be wary on identity theft and privacy issues. Will be reporting to BBB as well.
PS: Do not click on their links or bother replying to their email. Not worth the headache and/or time to deal with management. Just avoid the entire franchise. (which sucks cause I been supporting them for over 15+ years)
