My burger was gross, it was way over sauced and the lettuce was very poor quality with just the bad crunchy bits. Really should have gotten a refund or replacement when I brought it up but was not offered one. Cashier was nice.

Terrible staff with no professional attitude to serve the client, charged higher price but gave you wrong burger. When I found out they gave us the wrong burger I went back and ask for a solution, they turned out to blame us for taking the wrong burger, however they were there watching us taking away the burger without saying anything! They don’t have the mindset trying to find a solution for their clients, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

All I got was a cheeseburger and nothing else so I'm only basing it off that. Maybe the fries are amazing? I don't know. Anyway the cheeseburger was just ok. Meh. Neither really good nor bad. Middle if the road. I ate it all but never thought "OMG this is so good." It was just sustenance to get me through the afternoon. The beef pattie was good but I think the bun was the downfall. It's not buttered & toasted and doesn't have a great texture or mouth feel. It's just a room temperature, flavorless bun. Wendy's has a MUCH nicer bun. If I ever go back it would only be to try their fries and their shakes.
