Organic Assam Breakfast
Assam is a low-lying region in India to the south of the himalayas. The extreme heat and monsoon rains render the tea leaves broad and thick providing a robust, malty character. The coffee is good and the cafe is cute with a nice patio outside. But don’t go if you’re hungry because the food is below average. The sandwiches are sparse and bland and expensive. Not sure why this place is rated higher than prado down the street with better food options (and more affordable for what you get). One of the servers seemed like she wished she was anywhere else.

I work across the street and everyday for lunch I come here. So far EVERY SINGLE ITEM I ORDERED was very delicious! Californian breakfast sandwich/salmon breakpppppfast sandwich were both very yummy, as well as curry soup and blueberry/mango/mixed fruit scone!
