We paid $36+ for two breakfast specials and two hot drinks. The bread was the cheapest possible foam quality. The jam was just bright red color jelly and had no sign of any actual fruit. The bacon was largely fat and salty. Coffee costs $3.25.

Best deal in town. Way better than Bons. Unpretentious, honest diner. Great service and the portions for the Chinese food are huge. Love this place!

My first time here, restaurant was clean with an old school diner feel. Really enjoyed the No 2 breakfast eggs, toast, (white or brown only) and their version of hash browns (bite sized potatoes beautifully cooked golden brown). You might think it looks a bit dodgy, simple red awning, busy street corner location but honestly, it was a great breakfast experience for under $20 with tip!

I’ve grown up in the Chinese style Canadian restaurants, so whenever I see a cafe like this, I’m nostalgic for the hamburgers because they’re just SO good (if you’re born and raised in Vancouver, you know what I’m talking about!) Truck Stop Cafe did not disappoint ?
I got the Works burger no cheese and my husband got the breakfast, both very delicious and reasonably priced! It’s a small diner style cafe with great service and the food comes out quick. Definitely coming back!

Love supporting family own businesses and glad to have finally tried Truck Stop Cafe.
Friendly service and was greeted and seated right away. Food came out in a timely manner and didn't have to wait long at all.
One of the best homemade diner burgers I have had and well worth the price point. The patty was home made, juicy and flavorful. Got the works and there was no need to add anything else. Only disappointment was they ran out of onion rings to substitute jk!
The eggs for the breakfast was cooked medium well as ordered and the potatoes were crispy and soft, but most importantly not powdery like a lot of home fries can get.
Highly recommend this place and will be adding this to a regular rotation for sure!

Friendly, affordable, and tasty! The fried egg sandwich left me satisfied. Hash browns were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Cozy, classic diner vibe.

I try to swing by every week. As someone living by myself away from home, this place fills that hole a little bit. I honestly love it. Family run, affordable, good hearty food, fast service. As an European, this is as good as it gets in terms of North American food. Chef's kiss
