I booked the wonton soup class for my boyfriend and I as an anniversary gift.
It was a really nice intimate atmosphere where we got to talk to everyone on a personal level. As newcomers to Vancouver, this was perfect.
The recipe allowed us to learn how to make the wontons, noodles, the broth and the chili sauce, which was a great diverse learning experience.
It was really nice to cook something that was intentionally healthy and learn about gluten free cooking!
An amazing experience from start to finish! The communication was prompt and professional, making the planning seamless. We sent a group of patrons from our Community Centre to a hands-on cooking class, and they couldn’t stop raving about it. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, engaging group activity.
Oct. 4, 2024 Healthy Hoisin Sauce, Scallion Pancakes with Braised Beef Class: The class was fun, informative, hands-on, and the finished products were ever so tasty (clean tasting, low in sodium/sugar, and very filling)! Thank you Renée and Enriqué for teaching and making everything so comprehensive. It's great to learn something new amongst nice and friendly company!
Nov. 2, 2024 Delicious Duo Class: It was great to learn from Renée and Enriqué how to make Har Gao and Pan-fried Chive Dumplings. They demystified the recipe of the Har Gao. It brought back memories of my parents, who used to sit around the table, to make and freeze batches. I also learned that there’s a Chinese variety of chives. I was so Haaappy to learn and I had a Haaappy tummy afterwards. Very flavorful dishes, without the sodium/MSG. Thank you to you both and my fellow classmates! I will practice making Dim Sum from scratch!
Engaging and fun hands-on small-group cooking class that catered for dietary restrictions. The final product was delicious!
Outstanding cooking class led by a registered dietician so the focus is on a healthy and tasty meal. Learning about each ingredient as we prepped and cooked the food, really allowed us to retain the knowledge. Thank you Renée and Enrique for a fabulous experience!! Looking forward to more culinary adventures in your new location!
Truly enjoyed the class at The Skript Kitchen. I attended the Hoisin Beef Pancakes and it was very delicious! Such a good activity to do with friends and loved ones 🫶🏻
I have now taken 2 classes. Both times were a great experience. Really a great atmosphere, food is so yummy. So great to have gluten free recipes that I can now make at home. For sure I will go back for more classes.
Did a cooking class as a teambuilding exercise and had a great time! The Singaporean Laksa was delicious and they accommodated all of our dietary needs. Highly recommend!
We had this as part of my sisters Bachelorette party. It was amazing! Renee was very knowledgeable and engaging, and her recipie was incredible! Enrique was such a pleasure to deal with when booking, and so much fun during the class. It was definitely the highlight of everyone's weekend. I really hope to be able to go back!
Such a great time at the dumpling making class. Renée is patient and makes it so fun. Will be back!

Love taking classes here. Renée and Farzana are so patient, fun, and educational. I have learned a lot of gluten free / vegan recipes that taste just as good or even better than traditional recipes, which are also much healthier. I have made these recipes with family and friends which were cleared off their plates. :)
True NOSH was the perfect host for our 16-person private cooking class! Their team had pork potstickers ready for our guests on arrival, and we learned to make Crispy Scallion Cakes and Xiao Long Bao. The lesson time was ~2 hours and 15 minutes, with time for socializing before and after. The space was cozy, Renee and Becky are bright, friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was fun to make and downright delicious. Our guests are still raving about how much fun the experience was.
I brought my team here for a cooking class and it was so much fun! Our instructor was Renee and she was excellent - gave us clear directions, adapted to our various levels of experience, and told us all we needed to know about the ingredients we were using. I also really loved that the recipes are accommodating to various dietary restrictions.
Really enjoyed our gluten free potstickers class - super patient teachers, great space, and of course plenty of food afterwards!
The gf potsticker cooking class was excellent! Renee is a great teacher, who made the class light-hearted and fun. I learned about flours and how they behave. How to make different styles of potstickers and more. I highly recommend the class to anyone over 13 years of age! I purchased the dumpling mix and veggie protein to make them at home, it all went very well!
