The pearls at this location was hard and half cooked. I usually go to the one in Richmond where the pearls are cooked properly. Taste wise it's the same but having pearls clumped together or really tough makes it hard to enjoy
Love going here. Their pearls are soft and not too sweet, their pudding has a slight almond flavor which I like. I always get 30% sugar and ice.
I was dying to try their Thai milk to for days imaging it would be good gives the few ones I tried in Thai restaurants. But noooo, it tasted way to sweet and does have the strong tea taste Thai milk tea would have. I was disappointed and wouldn’t come back.
Like to compliment on staff Charlene for her excellent customer service. She remembered our last visit she forgot to add pudding for us, which was surprising for me that she still remembers. At such young age, she is friendly, courteous, and hardworking. She was super busy by herself but still delivers outstanding customer service. She is a great asset to the store.
Props to Charlene for such excellent service! She worked at the front all by herself and although she had a large delivery order ahead of me, she prepared my drink quickly. My drink was made correctly and tasted delicious. Will definitely come back.
Exceeded my expectation. The bubbletea I ordered was 30% sugar and surely, tasted like it had less sugar. Ordered the brown sugar bubbletea and it tasted great! I would come back when I'm around this area. Nice bubbletea shop.
I ordered brown sugar pearl milk, but there is no pearls at all. I had to say it tasted good tho.
Love their Capp Brown Sugar Milk Tea! Gotta order 50% sugar to make sure it’s not too sweet
Very good drinks. Fairly pricey but worth it
Had high expectations for this place. I usually never write reviews, this is my first. Went in today to get their famous brown sugar pearl milk. The drink itself was good but it was not sealed properly. by the time i got home it had already spilled all over my car. Not only that, when the girl handed it to me the whole cup was sticky. Pretty upset about this since i wanted to treat myself after a stressful Thursday but ended up having to clean my car.

Great customer service! The bubble tea tasted great and the pearls were perfectly made !!! Would definitely come back again.
I had high hopes for Truedan but extremely disappointed. I ordered a brown sugar taro tea latte. I asked for 100% sugar but what i got was flavorless tea with some crushed taro. My guess is they've forgotten to add any sugar to the drink, or atleast I hope. I ended up having to add my own sugar at home. Further to the disappointment, the straw had a crack in it so I had to drink it with a spoon. Their bamboo straws are so flimsy and breaks easily which sucks since my drink requires yoi to stir it first!
Great service and the taste was so on point even with 30% sugar. There was a line up, but I used an app and pick up service.I got:Earl grey macchiatoGrass jelly brown sugar pearl milk teaChrysanthemum tea (behind the other ones)
My favourite BBT tea by far. Brown sugar Thai tea is a must try. Taro drinks comes with real fresh mashed Taro which is way more awesome than flavoured powder drinks. Large is around $8. Not the cheapest but worth it.
My favourite bbt place and it’s dangerously close to home. They have quite a few options and are able to accommodate vegans too with dairy-free alternatives. My favourite is the passion fruit tea with pearls and coconut jelly. I want to try one of their vegan milk options next. This place also has some of the best pearls/jelly I’ve ever had. It’s the perfect texture of chewy while providing a little bite. When I’ve brought it for my friends to try they all think so too! Additionally, staff have always been super friendly :)
