A quiet little cafe with indoor and outdoor sitting options located in the commercial street, with ample coffee and food options. It was first visit but the taste of coffee was good and staff were friendly and welcoming, will visit again soon.

Although it's Vancouver, their prices for coffee are very reasonable there. I came on a busy morning before 9 AM, there was a line, and it moved quickly. The coffee was perfect.
