We visited Uma Sushi today and had such a great experience. We ordered the Aburi Sushi and the Chirashi Don — both were incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The aburi had that perfect light sear, and the chirashi bowl was generous with high-quality sashimi.
The service was just as impressive. The team was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish.
You can really feel the care and pride behind this place. Highly recommend Uma Sushi — we’ll definitely be back!

Intimate high-quality sushi spot with friendly service. Highly recommend this tiny gem with room for about 10-20 customers. The quality of the rice and fish are incredible, and their lunch sets are very reasonably priced.
My mother and I had lunch here the other day, although we come at least once every two months. We had their beef udon for the first time and were surprised by the quality of broth and udon. Apparently the udon is made in house, and is delicious.
We particularly love the nigiri, which is always good. The toro is a favourite of ours. The teriyaki chicken rice is another favourite of ours and is always so tender and saucy.
If you’re in the area, definitely drop by for one of their lunch specials!

Unfortunately I ordered takeaway and the restaurant was closed when I discovered the worms.
