If I could, I would give this a zero.After purchasing two sub par cold & old rolls for over $15 with a small tip I asked if I could get a small cup of water to go with them (I prefer tap & would have happily paid for the cup). The lady behind the counter replied that their taps don’t work, and they have NO WATER, lol instead of being kind she lied and claimed they are violating a basic health code. Such a shame that the service & food were equally disappointing.

Stopped here to get my lunch while visiting Vancouver. Was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the food. I got a beef bento bo, and, besides the afforable price, the crab sushi was tender and flavourful, the tempura warm and crispy and the meat&rice delicious. I highly recommend for an afforable, balanced, and delicious meal. A little tip: eat on the outside terrace and enjoy the sun

The most tasteless and very poorly presented Japanese food. It took me about 10 mins to order what I wanted and I received a completely different meal. The amount of teriaky sauce was very poor and the rice too sticky that the only 1 soya sauce bag in the take out was not enough to add a bit of flavour. The veggies were only cabbage, not salted and too oily. When I went back to talk about it they told me they would refund me, I trusted it and instead they refund only a part of the whole amount. Never again! If you want Japanese food go somewhere else nearby. Do yourself a favour!
