I ordered take out from here and I would not recommend this place at all. I will start off with the worst thing that I ate which was the papaya salad. The papaya salad was disgusting, which I Immediately spat out because it had the taste of a dirty table cloth wiping the cutting board that they chopped the papaya on. Please tell your kitchen chefs to learn some kitchen hygiene to prevent this from happening. The pad thai noodles were clumped up and broken. The khua kling's spice overpowered the flavours because they added too much spice, so that was not as good. Maybe the good chef was off on a Sunday, but who knows I will not be ordering again anytime soon.

Love the simple and authentic Thai flavours here! The boat noodle had lots of strong flavours in the broth and the pad Thai was perfectly cooked. We got the chicken pad Thai which could have been better with sliced meat instead of ground chicken. The place is very small so plan ahead and try to go off peak times. Takeout is always an excellent option though. Get the roti w condensed milk for dessert, it’s a must.

They STOLE my money. I know you guys will put the blame on Uber but you guys are the ones that have Uber as your service for delivery. I ordered $80 worth of foodbut I decided to cancel. I cancelled literally 30 seconds after I ordered. However, I have not been able to get my money back and I never got the food either. I just was charged $80 and never got anything.Uber told me that they were going to give me my money back. That was two weeks ago. I’ve been fighting for my money ever since I’ve called them multiple times.You guys stole from me, you and Uber.Many these days want to manipulate the truth. You can put the blame on anybody, but the truth is you and Uber both ripped me off.I canceled. I have a screenshot that says I canceled. I also have a screenshot that says Uber was going to give me my money back.And they never did and your restaurant is equally as Responsible because you guys are using Uber to deliver your food and I ordered from you

Their food tastes like heaven. I can’t believe I didn’t know of this restaurant earlier. I tried pad si ew with crispy pork, boat noodles and roti with condensed milk and everything was 10/10. The staff were the sweetest.This is now my favourite Thai restaurant. I’ll come back to try everything on the menu!!!

Disclaimer: i have a very average spice tolerance.Tried the khua kling and goodness even with less spice it was VERYY spicy? makes it hard to judge the food. Portion is decent though. They’re big on their herbs too. 6.5/10 for me but thats just due to my own intolerance.The milk tea was good but portion quite small! 6/10.Would go back to try something diff maybe. Def on the pricier side.Service was really sweet though. Thank u for trying to seat us as best as u could given the small space!

My family and I have been ordering Unchai for years. Tonight, part of our takeout was cold. When we called to let them know, they said that they always prep take out 15 minutes before pick up, even though they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. They also told me if I wanted a refund, to bring all of the food back that night. Did not offer to remake the food or anything so we can actually have a meal! Never had customer service like this. Unfortunately you have now lost a customer.

Ordered two items for take out a pad that and a pad si yew .. it was 50$ also the pad Thai had chilli in it which I was not expecting and didn’t like as I can’t take any spice at all. The overall taste was okay but better value for money elsewhere.
