Service was terrible, we had two servers. One was definitely high and the other one felt like she didn't want to be there and was annoyed by our presence.

Amazing experience at uncle abes patio that totally made our day today when we finally went out for a fun dog day since it wasn't too hot out. The thoughtful gentleman with calm and cool vibes helped us so much and made the watermelon treat even way more special than we expected. Most tasty treat besides paté that he's probably had ♥️ Also I was surprised they returned a missed call from me and answered something I was curious about regarding the whipped cream.. exceeds expectations but finding out the whipped cream contains sugar was disappointing and seemed to be bad for dog unfortunately

Literally the best bar in Vancouver. Get a pickle back, have the cheap house lager, or have a frozee (which is frozen rose wine). Lots of patio space, and servers who add to the experience by giving that dive bar server energy you’re looking for. Big fan keep this place safe
Cheap and great vibe. Good for dog owners! They even have a dog cocktail menu now.
The waitress didn't seem to want our business, but we still stayed in order to meet our friends. She didn't get our order right, but not sure if it's her fault, or the loudness of the music. After reading the other more negative reviews, they all seem to agree that the service is subpar when it comes to serving clientele that's not their punk aesthetic. It's really too bad since on their menu their prices look reasonable, but there are better choices without the attitude elsewhere.

Our server tonight, who I am too awkward to ask, gave us incredible experience. She was relatable, her drinks were reasonably poured and delicious and she went above beyond. You want main Street vibe. Come here.

Thank u for providing an affordable getaway from the daily grind -> We came for the $9 pickle backs (proper pint of lager + a Jameson shot + a shot of pickle juice). Stayed for 3-4 rounds. Loved every minute.

Super chill staff and surprisingly tasty fries! I love the custom paintings on the walls and appreciated that the music wasn't too loud to hear my friend chatting with me. It's getting harder to find unpretentious vibes in East Van these days so I'm happy to know this one exists! :)

The food selection is limited, but they source their food from the neighboring Shawarma place

Great ambience and staffs. Special mention to Max who went an extra mile with his service. The happy hour menu until 6pm offers some classic beers like PBR and house lager (do try, it’s delicious). They have limited but good beers on tap and a wide variety of drinks choose from. The patio is covered and pet friendly.
Vegetarian options: You got to order food from nxt door and they are great. A couple of appies and mains are veg
Parking: It’s best drive through the parallel street for parking
