I love the service on this particular location the handsome guy shub is one the nicest person ever to deal with.
I love pizza from cambie but love to come here for service only.

Used to be a favourite but the last 4 times I’ve ordered it’s been cold and gross.
Barely any toppings even when it paying for extra.
Got an additional charge for asking for less banana peppers on my pizza too

Shue is the man at this spot. It is distinctly different than all the other locations I’ve ever been too. Crispy. Indulgent and always with an extra helping of sauce. Plus they tweak it to your liking !

This review is about this Abbott Street location. In particular about the people who work here. I've lived in Vancouver for 20 years and I've never seen exemplary customer service than I've consistently received from a young gentleman called Shubhh.

If you're a regular, you know exactly who I mean. He always greets you by name with a pleasant smile, remembers your orders, goes above and beyond in accommodating your preferences. He still asks for my mother's health, who was visiting me about two years ago and was poorly.

In a world that's inherently transactional, and at late night pizza place at that, Shubhh somehow is an example of how to bring humanity to a very ordinary exchange. Getting late night pizza, while occasionally inebriated.

Anyway, pizza is pizza, and Uncle Fatih's is decent and consistent. Honestly, better quality toppings than you'll find in similar establishments open late.

While pizza is pizza, good and kind human beings are rare. And so this is both for readers of this review, and for employers of Shubhh.
