Good staff and service. Prices post inflation of the last few years have been noticeably higher. Staff shortages as well. But the quality of the products sold remains excellent. We are living in a post global pandemic of Covid-19.

Staff always friendly and happy to help!

First time here so getting my head around layout and operations we had breakfast a salmon omelette and eggs benny with a couple latte. I think the price was very good and the food was even better. I will gladly return. It is partly self serve ordering at counter but there is a nice sitting area with tables. Food was brought out but I was near counter . Staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a full super market attached. I just wish I would have found it at the beginning of my trip not the end .

I bought a salt on sale. The staff wrote the price on the bag. The cashier questioned me “Really?” After a long wait checking, no apologies just said “I will give it to you.” She seemed have no idea we shopped there was a reason she had a job. I bought that salt at a reasonable price, not she gave it to me rudely! I am not the reason the price did not clearly show up in the system. Hope never see Judy again. If she said to give it to me, she should honor what she said.

Just got fish and chips, save your money, over fried, runny tablespoon of coleslaw, fish was mushy inside.

Didn't enjoy it. Flatbread was nuked to warm it up, I would have waited for it to be Toasted. Coffee was cold and warmed up sausage rolls were lukewarm. Not going back.

The muffin I purchased at the market was dry and tasteless. I ended up composting it.

Meant to be a higher end specialty grocery store as compared to its sister grocery store Save On Foods. It’s clean and neatly organized. Store assistants and cashiers are polite and helpful. They have a cooked food section with quite a spacious dine in area. Prices are more expensive in general but they offer steep discount on seasonal items (after Halloween or Christmas for example).
The woman in charge of serving online orders is very rude to her colleagues and customers.

Don't shop here unless money is no object. They DO NOT price match their parent company, Save On Foods, and charge more for many items. Oat milk was 0.30 more here, their profits must add up quickly! They don't even honour the sales at Save On Foods. Basically you're at a "fancy" grocery store that's charging you more because you live downtown and must be wealthy I guess. Very disappointed and won't be back. Get the Save On Foods app and scan the barcodes the next time you're there to make sure you're not being scammed.

Not the best value for money and they sell out of cooked food early - better to go to the one on Alberni St

A great location for a supermarket however it is expensive compared to others, price of convenience in downtown!
