The service is really good, servers are polite and nice. But this tomato pork rice is too sour, and it cost $22. It's a over priced food with low quality. Do not recommend.

Please don’t delete my previous review. We went there with two big round tables with the rotation glass. Our table had obvious brown food stain from previous customers. And went I ask the lady to clean it, she didn’t say a word and walk away. She came back with a cloth and tested if it was indeed a stain and wiped it off and again didn’t say anything to us. It was really disgusting to start of our meal this way .

I haven’t been here in a while, I used to come pretty often but haven’t had much time lately. Today I finally got takeout, and it was still amazing. I ordered the baked rice pork chop, and it did not disappoint. It also looks like they took over the space next door, so it seems bigger on the other side now. I’ve always loved their food, and it’s great to know the quality is still there.

Van.Tea is a must-visit for fans of Hong Kong style cafes. Their dishes are intentional, perfectly prepared, fresh and great value. Service is super efficient yet friendly. The only downside is their limited parking (unless you park further in the nearby residential side streets).

While they have an extensive menu, Van.Tea also offers unique chef's creations that can be requested. They also display some unique seasonal special dishes displayed on their chalkboards which may include items like ling cod, lamb hot pot, and free range chicken.

We enjoy going to Chinese Diner type restaurants for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly.

Tried to call just before lunch to do a pick up order. They must’ve been busy because I called 5 times. In between, I got a hold of someone who promptly hung up on me and when I immediately called back it rang til it went to voicemail. Is the food that great that you’re slammed before Noon, not really. It’s generally fine but if your service is apathetic or you don’t have enough staff to properly answer the phone then you’ve got a problem. So no i won’t be ordering from you or your sister companies : Van Tea in Richmond or Angel Cafe in Fraser. I get enough surly on Fraser as it is from staff there no need to give away my money to people who are clearly unhappy. Bub-bye!
