Gave me a credential which was recognized in other countries. I would not be where I am today without VCC.
Admissions department is a nightmare. I have applied and got accepted however the information on my file is of another student with the same last name. I called to get this sorted and I received no sympathy for this trouble at all from the lady on the phone. Not a single apology but more so dismissive about my issue. I was told a supervisor would get back to me the next day and 2 business days later and still nothing. I have tried calling and been on hold for more than 1 hour. Absolute waste of time. Not to mention the breach of privacy and confidentiality for the student’s information that is now on my profile.
The worst college they didn’t support students as they have lot of students and do not even listen to the problem for the student very bad experience with cashiers they didn’t know anything they only know that there are more students to attend so font waste time
I am not reviewing VCC. My review and 5-star rating is only for Ms. Carolyn Moi, an excellent teacher. I am a student studying at VCC in ELS Level 6. Throughout all the time I have studied at this college, Ms. Carolyn Moi has been the best, most hardworking, and most responsible teacher I have ever had. With patience and kindness, she always tried to teach us all the useful things that we can use both in our life and in our studies in the future. She helped us build confidence and encouraged us to connect and communicate with the community in English, and she did this with love and full responsibility.
I hope I will have the chance to join her valuable and helpful classes again.
Music program here is fun
I would not reccomend VCC. During my time at VCC student and faculty were extremely rude and condescending towards me. When I issues these concerns to the school, they did not care and they were vehemently dismissed. As a neurodivergent student, I face a wide range of challenges which include social setbacks and learning struggles, and VCC did not accept this.
My time as a student at VCC did more harm than good and I would never come back here knowing how badly they treat the neurodiverse population.
They should hire disability services staff who know what they are doing and actually have experience working with individuals who are neurodivergent.
I would go to school elsewhere and not waste your time with this lame excuse of an institution. They have shown me time after time they do not care and failed to take responsibility for their wrongdoings.
Very well oriented school
Terrible experience at the "information" desk of the school. I'm really thankful I didn't study my program there. I was planning to take a short program at VCC but not anymore.
The registration office one lady is so rude to talking I was their and I want to meet my advisor but she did not want to meet and her behaviour is too rude instead of that I would loved to prefer to go to downtown office they are so nice and kindly helped.
She even did not understand the problem
And said directly like it’s not happens and all and then I go to downtown office it’s easily done.
On Sept 03rd we had meeting about RN program for my relative with Academic Advisor Denise Holiday of VCC. Denise is very helpful, humble and professional. She not only provided guidance but also went out of way to assist in all the procedure in depth for RN program. Our community needs excellent professional like Denise Holiday and as a retired Physician I strongly recommend students and family to take her professional help. Please continue excellent work.

Janita who is incharge of LPN department is unfair for making a student repeat the whole course for 1 class.???
VCC College has great teachers, but their website is very poorly designed, which makes it difficult for students to complete their homework. It feels like the site is managed by junior IT engineers.
Had a great experience here as a student. The staff from the pharmacy program are the best!
The staff is helpful and friendly, they were able to answer all our questions in a polite and professional manner.
Waste of time and money.
