One of the most establish small business in town for the last 20 years,Bad reviews are not his restaurant. It is the new restaurant next door, it seems they have the same address. I always feel like eating at home in here. I’m at Five Star because he’s the best.

I don’t understand why people left some recent negative reviews for the Vancouver donair. Looks like their review is for a different place NOT for the vancouver donair (they don’t even sell bagels it’s donair shop).With that said, Vancouver donair is amazing. This is by far my favorite go to donair place. I’ve been going here for years and the donair never disappoints. I highly encourage giving them a try!

Ordered the eggs benny sando posted on their Uber Eats...I have NO idea what they actually sent me. Literally. Other than a bagel I couldn't tell what food they "prepared" as the filling. Ate a few bites and tossed the rest. I was sketched out. To top it off they sent me a "fortune cookie" with a HANDWRITTEN message inside. Wth is this place. Do not order, do not eat here! Oh and Google Maps indicates no actual store front? I reported them to Uber.

Please do not order from them. I got raw food and my stomach has been sick and nauseous for hours. Ubereats is much more reluctant to refund people now for some reason so just be careful everyone. Heed these bad reviews. I sure wish i read them before ordering.

Super shady. Some friends ordered us food from here on Uber Eats and not only did none of us get what we had ordered, some of the food was entirely inedible. The storefront also does not exist. A ton of people online have reported having the same experience. Don't trust this spot! :(
Ordered from Uber Eats, some of the worst food I’ve tasted. I believe they have used bots/fake reviews to get a good rating on Uber Eats. The sandwiches don’t look anything like from the images, the milkshake didn’t have any milk and was just an ice slushy, the cookie was a chewy doughy mess.

This was the least authentic donair I have ever eaten. The meat tasted boiled, and not much quantity. The toppings were few - lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The sauces were fine, and the server seemed nice, so we gave it 2 stars. We will NEVER go back.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible AT ALL. There is an oversized step up into the place which was very difficult for me to manage, even with assistance. I fell on the way out, trying to get down from the shop and no one checked to see if I was okay.

Simple shop with the usual assortment of local employees on the drive gives a reflection of the food. You'll get a great priced tasty Donair with no frills. The large Donair was the perfect amount of filling and the right amount of flavor that you'll scarf it down without a second though. Friendly owner who's many years has things down to the precise routine. Only lunch time hours but makes sense because he's a one man show. Definitely recommended for something simple fresh and delicious!
