It was our corporate Christmas party here. The food was pretty good. It's catered to our menu. So I don't know the regular base food here. I've been here 15yrs ago for a friend who performed a gig. The customer service was good. Atmosphere was ok. Unfortunately that's all I have. But definitely recommend to have big group parties. It's one flat level so u can mingle around easy.

Very satisfied with my visit there. Went with some friends to Ventura after we finished watching the Vancouver Whitecaps game in BC place. It was an amazing experience. Whitecaps conceded 2 late goals to LAFC after going 2-0 up in the first half. They then survived 2 extra times down to 9 players! But in the end they were able to get the upper hand in the penalty shootout and record a win taking them to the conference final for the first time. Great place highly recommend!

Coordinating the event with Hailey was seamless, the ambience was fun and luxe, the food was top notch, the drinks were well made, and our server Alex was extremely attentive and efficient. Thank you to the Ventura Room team for making my wife's special evening so memorable!

Such a great spot for drinks for both small and big groups. The food was tasty as well. We had such a fun time especially with the help of the friendly staff.
Food as great but we tried to order more. They never brought it. Eventually we asked to pay. They tried to charge us. Anyways not a huge problem once we noticed it but still no apologies for forgetting something then just not bringing it. Poor service, will not be back.
