Have eaten at the location at the Vancouver airport a few years ago. Tried the location at Northlands in Calgary today. Food quality is excellent. The price is the disappointment. Fifteen dollars for the bacon & cheese burger 🍔 is high although good quality.
I can make one just as good at home. Staff was friendly although with the fans etc very hard to hear.

A surprisingly good food in a tiny bit run down location. The burgers were really tasty (loved the guac in the Baja burger!) and the fries (regular and sweet potato) very good - amazing sauce for the fries. The lady was super nice and helpful and the server also pretty accommodating and nice. Recommend this place for a quick bite or if craving for a burger.

Completely empty restaurant when we entered, we were the only people in there. We ordered 3 burgers and fries. We waited over an hour and it still wasn't ready. After the hour I went over and asked them to just give us whatever was ready so far because we were so hungry... they hadn't even started making anything yet. I had to stand there and watch and wait for her to start actually making anything. At one point I saw her take an old bowl of stale fries and throw them back into the fryer to just warm them up. Not fresh food like they claim to be! I'm not sure what the plan was, if they thought we would just give up and leave without getting any food at a certain point?! So weird! And an absolute waste of our time and money. Avoid this spot.
