Food truck shows up in a residential neighbourhood- NO PERMIT- to a booze fest on a single family property- but Vera’s doesn’t care about permits or the laws. Just serve the drunks and partiers who cares (not Vera’s) if and when people leave the party drunk and hurt someone. Vera just takes the cash! Shame!

I allocated $100 towards the purchase of food, however, I was disappointed to find a lack of fries in each bag, all of which tasted stale. Additionally, the quality of the chicken was subpar.

Went during my lunch hour & ordered. I wait, & after 25 minutes pass watching the person who took my order have a conversation with another staff in the kitchen, I get up & start to hover at the counter. I guess they noticed, because I saw only then, did they start cooking my order. There's no ketchup available, so I asked for some. The lady seemed confused, then insited they keep it behind the counter. Finally after waiting another 20 minutes, I'm given my burger with smallest amount of ketchup possible, after this lady had sassed me about literally, 3 drips of water which fell from my fountain drink after pouring myself water. I didn't bother to try to ask for more kerchup I wanted. Bottom line, do not go here, unless you want horrendously slow & rude service.

Nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about either.Restaurant was completely empty on a Friday night. Surprised they are still in business to be honest.

Almost got scammed by this place.I order from them (on Hinbor, but still) and get there before 8 pm, only to find it closed. They weren't supposed to be closed until 9... Apparently they had closed early and didn't tell Hinbor. Had it not been for the Hinbor team I would never have gotten my money back.Coupled with the other reviews of the unprofessional staff and long waiting times, I beg of you, avoid this place at all costs.
