Have eaten at the location at the Vancouver airport a few years ago. Tried the location at Northlands in Calgary today. Food quality is excellent. The price is the disappointment. Fifteen dollars for the bacon & cheese burger 🍔 is high although good quality.
I can make one just as good at home. Staff was friendly although with the fans etc very hard to hear.

It's sad to see how bad Vera has got. Food was disgusting with prices that did not match the quality. And we left hungry. Small portions, greedy, awful tasting food. Milkshakes the simplest way possible, nothing like the photos. One person cooking and taking orders. Not even sanitary as she went back and forth cooking and taking orders. We spent $110 on food that did not taste good or fill us up. And lucky we didn't get sick.shameful really

Placed an order online on Friday at 5:50pm. Went to the store to pick up, but it was closed and nobody inside. Called twice just in case, but nobody picked up. Extremely deceptive to accept online orders, and require prepayment online, if the store is going to be closed. Furthermore, website showed this location is open until 9pm. Avoid this restaurant.

Was overcharged due to a price change that was not clearly displayed. Don’t recommend getting lunch here on your break as it took them 50 minutes to prepare the order. Please display price changes clearly before charging customers more than what is on your menus.

I went there to pickup a doordash delivery order and it had five 500 ML cold drink bottles and he put them in a tray which was not holding them properly so I asked him for another paper bag to put them in and carry them so I don’t drop them everywhere. The guy refuse to give me a paper bag because he said he charge for them and said he cannot do it I asked him again. He refused again and he was really mad about me asking for a pape bag

I went into the restaurant today and had to wait to be helped by staff as what I assume to be the manager was scolding employees. Very disrespectfully and was doing in in plain sight for customers to see. Staff other than manager were very polite and friendly. Manager should learn how to manage a business respectfully!

I went in today and the manager was being extremely disrespectful and down talking to his employees, who seemed to be doing their jobs just fine. It was very unprofessional of the manager/owner, and my friends and I were waiting for 3-4 minutes before being helped due to the manager. Extremely unprofessional workplace and poor management.
great service, quality fresh food other than sus fast food quality food. Mostly family run business who care about their customers! Clean store aswell. Slightly more expensive than mcdonald's with triple the quality!

Food truck shows up in a residential neighbourhood- NO PERMIT- to a booze fest on a single family property- but Vera’s doesn’t care about permits or the laws. Just serve the drunks and partiers who cares (not Vera’s) if and when people leave the party drunk and hurt someone. Vera just takes the cash! Shame!
