Have eaten at the location at the Vancouver airport a few years ago. Tried the location at Northlands in Calgary today. Food quality is excellent. The price is the disappointment. Fifteen dollars for the bacon & cheese burger 🍔 is high although good quality. I can make one just as good at home. Staff was friendly although with the fans etc very hard to hear.

Food is tasty but the waiting time is too long to dine in (~30min). I usually take out for that reason but sometimes it still takes longer than expected. The restaurant is pretty cold in Winter time.

I'm not sure how this place stays in business. I used the Vera's app to order a burger and got confirmation of my order at 6:12 pm, but the burger wouldn't be ready until 6:45 pm (not that the restaurant was the slightest bit busy). I showed up at the restaurant at 6:35 and the staff weren't aware of my order and asked what app I used. Really? Once the order was located they proceeded to make the burger and it was ready by 6:50. I had ordered a Vera burger...
