Unfortunately this location changed owners recently and the quality and service have dropped off massively. This used to be my favorite Vera's but the new owner has not invested in new machinery and burgers take 40 mins to get cooked and the food is served raw. Sad to see the fall of what used to be a great burger place.

My girlfriend and I got the daily special for 18.5 each. Total should have been $37+tax. We never received the bill but they charged us $47 before tip. The menu said that the special price included pop and fries so not sure why we were overcharged

I am an Uber driver and I arrived at a location where there was an Indian boy and a girl. The boy informed me that the order would be ready in 5 minutes. However, after more than 10 minutes, I went back to the restaurant and he very disrespectfully told me that the order was not ready. He also said that if I disagreed, I should leave and cancel the order.
