I placed an order online via the direct website. I was initially going to pick up but switched to delivery to see what the cost difference was. All items were the same price with free delivery. They gave me my total for the food, and I paid it via credit card. When I finally received my food, the receipt was for $15 more than what they said my final total was. They added extra hidden fees and charged them without my consent. My $35 meal cost me $52 that I did not approve. I have tried contacting the company with zero replies on their end. DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY AS YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED WITH HIDDEN FEES!!!!

Lovely restaurant! Joanne M was lovely and pleasant, she took my order quickly and my food was out super quick as well. I am super impressed! The bomboloni is fantastic. Absolutely would recommend! Lovely atmosphere as well, I loved the music and the delicious smells.

*EDIT* The original review was probably taken down by request. Looks like they've since updated their website since I posted this. I'm tempted to try them again...
I'll use an old managing trick, called the compliment sandwich. . . First off, the pizza was decent. Even above average. Now for the meat; Ordered 3 pizzas online for pickup. Website said $10 pizza special on Wednesdays. I noticed (after paying) I was charged $12/pie. Called to rectify situation as I didn't want to hassle my colleagues for an extra 2 bucks each, and felt like that wasn't truthful marketing. I was told that there was no discrepancy and they had changed their prices but the website had not been updated... I fully realize $2 is not a large sum, but it IS a 20% increase in price. I offered a chance to change their mind before posting this review, but Via Cibo doubled-down. Claiming the website is taken care of by a team out of Ontario did nothing to improve my discontent. We all know websites can be updated instantaneously from anywhere in the world. Distance is no excuse. And secondly, while they may not have control over the website's pricing they DO have control over what I was charged. Six bucks is all it would've cost to turn a guest experience around 180 degrees. I order in/go out for lunch 3-4 times a week. With all the lunch options in the area I doubt I'll return, thanks to this encounter. My continued business would've been more than worth that pittance. As for the food itself, as mentioned previously, it was pretty good pie, even worth the extra two bucks. Definitely could've been a 5-star review; it's a shame Via Cibo's customer service void left such a sour taste. . .

Pasta was excellent, bread was dry. It was a bit cold inside but pasta dish came up quick and was tasty.
