Worse pizza I’ve had in my life. $23. It was soggy, full of tomato purée and olive oil and also cold. I ordered the pizza and 2 mins later it was in my tablez I’ve had better microwave pizzas. It was disgusting. Standard of so called Italian food here is dreadful. Only 3 non pizza dishes as well. Another overpriced overrated downing experience in Van. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day here and other so called restaurants in Van. Staff were very rude as well, non binary liberals yuppie hipsters everywhere it seems.
Very good pizza napoletana. Not too salty and with balanced flavours.
Friendly staff and cute backyard patio with grapevines (?) on pergola.
My favorite place in town to eat pizza and have great time with family and friends, the staff is very friendly and all what we ordered came out pretty fast and was delicious!, they don’t accept reservations, but the place is worth to try!, you wont be disappointed!
Delicious pizza and a special mention to the tomato sauce used across the dishes. Just perfect. They have sambucca on the menu but don't do the lit version (con mosca), which is a pity. Overall an excellent place for a good evening meal.
La Via Tevere is an absolute gem. This family-run pizzeria pours genuine heart into every dish, and it shows. The pizza is as authentic as it gets—crispy, chewy, wood-fired perfection with classic Italian flavor.
It’s rare to find a spot outside of Italy that nails it this well. Warm atmosphere, top-notch ingredients, and a team that truly cares about what they serve. If you’re craving real Italian pizza, this is the place to go.
Highly recommended.
Nice and peaceful place with delicious pizzas and helpful stuff !
My family and I enjoyed it a lot, so I definitely recommend it

Absolutely excellent. Food was incredible, service was amazing and the vibe was everything! I can’t wait to come back!!!
We had a really excellent experience at Via Tevere last night. My girlfriend and I heard about this place from multiple friends, so we decided to give them a shot… and I’m so glad we did!!!
We went at about 5:15PM on a Saturday & had to wait only 15 minutes for a table (they don’t take reservations). Once we got in, we were quickly greeted by our friendly server & throughout the night, she did a great job of taking care of us, made excellent recommendations, and was overall very mindful.
We ordered the Frittura Napoletana to start, the Sacrilegio & Prosciutto E Funghi as mains, and ended with their homemade donut (Graffa con Nutella) to finish off. Our started was truly excellent & although there was lots of fried food on the plate, it wasn’t very oily & still fairly light; that being said, it was a touch over-salted, 8/10. The pizza itself was incredible, the flavours were excellent & you can tell that this is their specialty; the pizza alone I’d rate a 9.4/10 for its excellent sauce, the pizza being cooked perfectly, and the high quality ingredients used in the process! Lastly the donut was lacking a bit for me. Although it was cooked perfectly and had a nice crisp exterior with a pillowy interior, the dish was missing some kind of salt to bring out the flavours of the chocolate & the donut itself. 6/10.
Overall I’d give this place a 9/10; we will absolutely return to try more dishes & explore what else Via Tevere has to offer!
Out of all the popular pizza styles, personally I like Neapolitan the least. However, Via Tevere took my beliefs and flipped it on me. This place is honestly spectacular! The traditional pizza oven, the not soggy dough, and the ingredients really make this spot special. I can’t say that I ate anything here that wasn’t perfect.
The burrata salad in the summer was unreal and well balanced. The meatball was flavorful, and most importantly the margarita pizza was simply outstanding. This is for sure the best Neapolitan pizza I’ve ever had, and one of the top pizzerias in Vancouver. Highly recommend, And prices were super fair too.

Went there for dinner past sat. 1st time trying out the meet balls. Omg, so good. Texture was like n fluffy, almost melts in your mouth. I am not a meat or pizza person but I enjoyed the food. Also ordered Margarita with arugula. Pizza dough texture is chewy and tasty. Total bill came to $33 cad for 2 ppl.
Pizza pl opened only for dinner. I think it's 530pm. Pls chk their website. Street parking available

Great food all around. The burrata salad was super good (and should make its way onto the main menu rather than just being a special). Pizza was portioned well and was great. Tiramisu was huge and super tasty. Only suggestion is to add more pastas on their menu beyond just Spaghetti.
