Bridget was amazing! Very personable and really helpful when we had questions. Thank you for spoiling us for our anniversary! We look forward to coming back
We had an amazing evening at The Victor! Our experience was made truly special thanks to the restaurant manager, Allan. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my birthday there, and Allan’s thoughtful service made it unforgettable.
Thank you, Allan! 🥰

We recently hosted a gathering with close relatives here and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere and decor set the tone for a truly special evening. The food was exquisite from start to finish, and the service was excellent—attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate with family
El lugar es increÃble. Sinceramente el servicio y la comida lo fue todo. Sin duda un lugar al que volveré en un futuro.
Our reservation was organized well and we're seated quickly Service was very slow. We had two different ones and they were moving so fast between tables you couldn't flag them down. Dessert took very long, however it was compensated The bill was split 4 ways as server didn't ask who was with who. I asked for a dessert menu and then watched the server I asked stand by the bar spaced out just watching. It's when I made eye contact with him he realized his mistake Spilled my drink and it was made again quickly which I appreciated Food was delicious! Had the crab cakes and sable fish Crème brule donuts were good but the bottom part of donut was so tough you had to eat around it. Basically got maybe less than a 3rd of the donut
Disappointing overall. Table was cramped for party of 5. Service slow and not very attentive. Food was mediocre for the price. For a higher end steak house I expect more. Elisa type pricing, Keg type quality.

Didn't like my server at all and mac and cheese entree was really bad (I've had it several times before and first time it was bad) but overall most items were delicious and dessert was incredible

Great food but the service was ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Our server Tahara was so kind, helpful and fun. Other staff also checked in on us. Our waters were never empty and we never felt rushed. Even the ladies that greeted and sat us accommodated our request for a different/quieter table (with a smile).
Over priced , food is horrible, 1/10
$300 for 3 at brunch.
All I had was a alvcodo should be toast but it was garlic bread and hard as a rock , the brunch 1/10 all I had was a plate of hummus and bread. ,every was like it was sitting there for days and nothing was fresh

We made a late reservation for a group of 20 to celebrate our recent graduation, hoping for an upscale dining experience and The Victor absolutely delivered. The team was very accommodating despite our large group size.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed and seated at the bar to start with cocktails. The bar and lounge area had a sleek yet inviting atmosphere, with a variety of comfortable seating options. Our server, Gabriel, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He took everyone’s orders accurately, offered great recommendations, and patiently explained the cocktails to those who had questions.
Once our private dining room was ready, our host Matthew greeted us warmly and guided us through the evening. His expertise in wine was impressive, and he made thoughtful pairing suggestions tailored to our group’s preferences, which we truly appreciated.
The set menu curated for our celebration was fantastic, offering a great variety of dishes. We started with freshly baked Japanese bread—soft, flavorful, and perfectly paired with complimentary sushi and sashimi. The standout favorites of the night were the filet mignon and the steak tartare. The tartare portions were generous, easily enough for two or three people to share.
Overall, our experience at The Victor was exceptional. The food, ambiance, and especially the service made our celebration unforgettable. A special thank-you to the entire team—Gabriel, Matthew, and the lovely female host whose name I unfortunately forgot (I believe her name is Sue) for making our night so memorable.

I came to Victor with a couple of friends last minute on a Tuesday and it was the most incredible dining experience I've had in my entire time living in Vancouver. Every single team member was so attentive and genuine without being intrusive and the cuisine blew my mind. To start off we had the warm pull apart cheese bread, fresh oysters, shrimp tempura, chicken karaage, all the sushi rolls and the steak tartare. Each one was an absolute stand out dish. We were excited for our mains and our expectations were exceeded when they arrived. The hot rock strip loin gave us a show that did not disappoint our tastebuds. The attention and care the staff give to their craft does not go unnoticed. We could tell they were excited with our enthusiasm at each sizzle and pop. By the time the perfectly curated desserts came out we were so happily satiated but could not pass up the chance to enjoy such an incredible culinary display. I will absolutely be returning to the Victor at any chance I get.
