We ordered dim sum, but the food quality was below average,
the service was slow and it was expensive too.

mediocre Chinese food, unfortunately. Chasiu color and taste was off, other dishes were tasteless. Pleased neither the Chinese nor American people in our group. Fried rice was the most reasonable.

An average spot for dim sum. The food was decent but not particularly memorable, with a traditional yet limited selection.
I used to come here for dim sum lunches A LOT (almost once week) when I used to work across the street over 10 years ago.
We came back today after our errands during our Sunday morning walk for a bit of nostalgia and to give it a try again since we haven’t paid a visit since we moved back to the city almost 2 years ago.
My overall reaction from our visit today: It is the place to go for dim sum on a Sunday if you have not made plans to have dim sum anywhere else.
There was no wait when my husband and I walked in around noon which was a big plus.
We ordered siu mai, deep fried taro dumplings and beef chow fun. The dishes were solid, flavour and portion wise. They fare on the pricy end ($10+ for dim sum and the beef chow fun dish is close to $30) which is not surprising given its location. They do also charge a surcharge of 2.4% if you use credit cards for payment which is perfectly fine but I don’t think a restaurant in such price range should be charging a credit card surcharge.
If I want dim sum next tine, I will probably go somewhere else on a week day or plan ahead and make reservation somewhere else on a weekend.

The taste is good, but the service is terrible. It took me a long time to sit there before a waiter came over to ask what kind of tea I wanted. After ordering, no one saw you when I took the order. Desserts are served very slowly. For Cantonese morning tea restaurants, it is too noisy, with many people talking very loudly.

Service is very bad.
Our 1st dish and last dish were too much apart. Too slow service.

Real Hong Kong cuisine it was perfect. The service is fast, and the food is very good.
The only problem is that they charge $2.50 per person for tea, it should be free. Also the tip is obligatory and 15%

Where's my fried two?
Went here with my co-workers last week and the service was so bad, food arrived at our table after 40 minutes of wait on a lunch time. The front desk person yelled at me because I was trying to follow up on our food. Despite of the bad service, I decided to give 18% tip but the girl on the front desk insisted to give them at least 25% tip because we sat down on a table and she was very rude and rejected the 18% tip and put in 25% as tip for 4 people. This is my first time in this restaurant and I will never be coming back.
