I wanted to like it because of the high reviews, but I've had my fair share of pho across Vancouver. The noodles used tasted like they were more powdery, not as durable. The brand they used definitely wasn't like what I'm used to. It got soggy really quick. The beef they used tasted very dry and low quality. The bean sprouts also didn't taste fresh. The broth also was very watered down and not rich. Not sure if the quality is usually this bad, this was just my experience. Other than that, service was good.

I usually get take out and it’s always seamless and efficient with really friendly and personable service. (No AI bots answering the phone which I really appreciate!) The food is always delicious.

The times I’ve eaten in have been great too and again with excellent service.

Poor value for the price point. The short rib dish came with a few thin pieces of short rib and a mountain of rice. The salad roll had two tiny slivers of chicken and was 98% noodle.

The service is always the best, they are kind and friendly, they remembered what I like to order!
Their pho always gives a lot of meat which is great! The beef is good too~

Viet House on Cambie is a spot I’ll keep coming back to.

The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe in the room is just easy and relaxed. The food is legit and everything I’ve tried has been full of flavour and really well done. The beef stew is rich and comforting, and the spicy fish soup (I always forget the name) is packed with depth and heat in the best way.

Great people, great food, great energy. Simple as that.

Excellent hot and sour seafood soup, very fresh generous portion. We were in a hurry to see a movie and the staff was very accommodating.

The service was decent, though the staff didn’t talk much. As for the food, we ordered the pho, which was the first item on the new menu. What we got was a huge bone way too big to finish. It felt like food waste. They should serve it in more reasonable portions. Other than that, the location was fine, but the price was quite high. I think there are other places in Canada that are tastier and more affordable.

Service was good—friendly and efficient. I had the vermicelli bowl, and it was just okay. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable either; I’ve definitely had better elsewhere.

Overall, it’s an average spot. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, but it’s fine if you’re already nearby and looking for a quick bite.

the house special pho is delicious, it comes with so much meat and their broth is really really delicious. my boyfriend got the crab noodle soup which we don’t recommend as much, it barely comes with any meat and there’s virtually no crab in it. also the cilantro that came on the side was clearly not fresh. that being said, the house special pho was still really spectacular. the place was filled with vietnamese uncles and aunties at 10pm so you know the place is legit, but i wouldn’t recommend everything in the menu

Came here today to grab a light snack and got the salad rolls. The server brought spring rolls which wasn’t a big deal since they remade it. Unfortunately, the peanut sauce was absolutely rancid. I don’t know if they left it out for days or weeks but it tasted like vinegar. When I brought it to their attention they seemed more upset about the original order being wrong than the peanut sauce being rancid. Would not recommend.

My go-to place for a classic pho! It’s always delicious and I keep coming back so that’s a good sign.

Our go-to place for the best Banh Mi in Vancouver. Reasonably priced and delicious food. The chili sauce is excellent. Clean restaurant and always free parking if you know where to look in the area. We have never needed to line up and we dine here often.
