I really like the food there’s no problem with it at all, so I’m giving 5 stars for the food. However, I’m rating the service 2 stars because there was no initiative from the staff, especially when it came to refilling water. They also didn’t check in to ask how the food was or if we needed anything else. For the atmosphere, I’m giving 1 star because it was very hot inside; the air conditioning wasn’t on. Every time we dine at Vietmama, the AC is off. The pictures I uploaded show a stain from a marker on our table. I also noticed that the light bulb in the ceiling above the cashier was blinking. I had previously seen that same blinking bulb near the entrance door, but now it seems they’ve just moved it. My suggestion is to please turn on the AC at all times, especially now that it’s summer. Also, kindly replace the blinking light bulb and remove the pen marker stain on the table.

The food was delicious but the waiting to serve the food is too long eventhough we are the only customer in the store. The shop was too hot! They don’t open any AC and its summer.

I ordered takeout and had to wait 40 minutes, even though people who walked in after me got their food in just 5 minutes. It was frustrating to see others served so quickly while my order, which was placed first, took so long. Really disappointing service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pho restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service left a lot to be desired. I had to ask twice just to get a cup of tea, which is something that should have been brought promptly the first time. Even worse, we were a group of five, but they only brought three sets of chopsticks to the table—something that shows a clear lack of attention to detail.
As for the food, the pho was underwhelming. The broth was bland and lacked the depth of flavor I’ve come to expect from a good pho. On top of that, the portion of noodles was noticeably smaller compared to other pho spots I’ve been to.
Overall, this experience was far from satisfying. I personally won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good pho or decent service.

ive tried alot of pho in vancouver, and this place is probably my favourite! generous amount of beef, the vermicelli is slightly different than other places, but in an excellent way.. and open late!
Parking: like many places on this street, it can be difficult to find parking in the daytime, i havent run into any issues where i had to park even one block away. maybe just my luck

I love this place! Open really late and happy to accommodate customers with preferences.
Surprisingly well and affordable place. There aren’t many places open late in Vancouver anymore, but this place opens till 3am. Portions are generous and prices are very good. $16ish for a noodle, $12 for beef carpaccio, $11 for wings. Really this is not bad at all. Taste is very acceptable. Nothing amazing but this late night and for the price? I am very happy.

So good. My favorite lemon grass chicken place in lower mainland. Really hits the spot! Came here over 10 times. Also the pho brisket is really really good. Come hungry good sized portions.
