If you want a great lunch for under $15 including tax in downtown Vancouver this is the place. I had a Vietnamese Special Sub, they gave me some tap water when I said I would eat “in” and I sat at an outside table. Despite the line up and people coming in on a constant basis, my sub was out in 5 min, delivered to my table by super friendly staff. The food was fresh, and excellent tasting. Even though it's small, Viet Sub is a great Vietnamese restaurant with a very welcoming atmosphere and a list of dishes to choose from. I found this restaurant in downtown once, ordered the lemongrass chicken with rice, and it was better than what I was expecting. I've come back here often ever since.
