Incredible. The fushion roll is insane. I dont eat out a ton but when i do its vietnamese and this place is perfect in every way! Please dont leave!

I stumbled across this place yesterday and read up on the great reviews. I just bought a lemongrass chicken banh mi today. Unfortunately, I am so disappointed! There was barely any chicken in it, the bits were hard and chewy. I could count the bits of shredded pickle in it. My lunch was just mostly bread. Perhaps it was a 'one off', but I certainly won't be rushing back.

There's a small Vietnamese-Canadian sandwich and soup noodle place located next to the Japanese hotdog shop. Their Vietnamese sandwich is excellent, made with a freshly baked bun and a variety of fillings to choose from. It's difficult to find a small sandwich shop that makes a bun with a crispy outside and soft inside, along with well-balanced flavors and ingredients. I can't wait to try their Pho and spring rolls in the next few days. It's run by a very friendly family and offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of town. I highly recommend this small food place.???

It was a good banh mi, the baguette wasn’t dry or too soft it was actually just right. Happy I accidentally stopped by.

The bread was too soft. It should be crispy. The meat was also not the traditional banh mi ham, so the cold cut is a little bit different from the original. This restaurant is not bad, but there are better options in Vancouver area. Food: 3.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were hungry and looking for something that wasn't too expensive or too sit down-y. So when we read their menu outside we decided to give them a try.

Great choice! We walked in and saw the register so we thought we had to order at the counter because there was no one welcoming us upon arrival like at most sit down places. Plus there was a menu next to the register. It turns out it was because the girl was doing everything. But when she saw us she did clear a couple of tables for us right away and usher us over. While we were standing at the register another customer sitting by herself at a 4 seater also very kindly offered to share her table with us.

We ordered some pho and banh mi.
Get the sesame drink that comes with the combo!!! It's so good!!

Everything was so flavorful and delicious! I would def visit again. I mean look at the size of that pho bowl next to that generic water cup and chopsticks for a size comparison. It was huge!!

I am wondering if there’s a new owner. I recently came in here for Pho and it didn’t taste good at all. I love Vietnamese food but something feels a bit off about their ingredients. I’m not sure I can come back after my recent experience

Best sandwich I had in a long while! Spring rolls on point as well.

Highly recommend combo #1 with lemongrass chicken. Friendly service and was welcomed immediately with a hot cup of tea once I sat down. Perfectly hits the spot after a long day of travel!

I was looking for a rather simple and fairly quick dinner and found this place online. I chose the new spicy beef sate banh mi and it was an absolute 10/10 must try dish. If you’re ever in the neighbourhood you have to come here. Especially the beef is to die for!
