Terrible service, unprofessional. Girl who doesn’t even know to take basic order where I am ordering meal and willing to pay full price for dish (no sides) and she told me that’s impossible to order.

2025.08.25 Ordered their Grilled Pork Bahn Mi Sandwich and Grilled Pork Vermicelli, both tasted passable. Their French baguette was good, but the flavors of their meat and seasonings was lacking, not as flavorful as I would have liked.
Their Vietnamese Iced Coffee was excellent, strong flavor. Their Vietnamese Ice Coffee is a definite drink to recommend. Credit cards accept, no Amex.

The quality of food in this location had suffered and getting worse. I used to love eating in this Vietnamese food stall but this maybe the last. Aside that the server looks so bored and not welcoming ( I regret giving a tip), the food quality is so bad. The grilled chicken is tough and cold (looked reheated several times), the rice noodles dry and cold, forgot to give me the peanut sauce for the roll, and overall food was meh. It should follow food safety protocols of Health Canada that warm/hot food should be served warm/hot at all times. My dish is as cold as spring weather although the weather is a sweaty 29C

Dod NOT cook my food
I had a disappointing experience at this Vietnamese restaurant. Paid $16 and the portion sizes were extremely small — my dish came with only three tiny pieces of chicken. The rest of the plate was mostly filled with rice, which felt like an attempt to make the meal look bigger than it actually was. Even the salad portion was sparse, consisting of just a few leaves of lettuce. I would not recommend this place as there are other Vietnamese restaurants nearby that offer better value for your money.
Knowing food safe is curse.
Please remind employees it’s not okay to clean a counter with the same cloth used to move a garbage can.
If you touch something not food, wash your hands before you touch food.
0/5 - A Complete Nightmare
This is, without a doubt, the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. Vina Pho in Pacific Centre is an absolute joke. They messed up my order completely and then had the audacity to do NOTHING about it. No apology, no attempt to fix it, not even a refund or even a proper credit... The staff couldn’t care less if they tried. The food I did get was disgusting and inedible as well as wrong. I ordered chicken, got pork.. wtf?—it felt like they just didn’t care about what they’re serving. Save yourself the misery and avoid this dumpster fire of a restaurant at all costs. It’s a total scam!
I decided to try a Vietnamese dish since it had been a long time. There are some great options along Kingsway that I’ve enjoyed in the past, but unfortunately, this one didn’t meet my expectations. The chicken and noodle dish I had for lunch was bland and lacked flavor. Overall, it wasn’t good value for money, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Nothing special about this place.
No love put into the food.
They just care about how much money they can suck up.
Restaurantji Recommends
DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant. We had a terrible expérience with the staff. A friend of mine has severe shrimp/seafood allergy. As she was ordering her pork bowl, she CLEARLY mentions TWICE to the lady that she has a seafood allergy and asks if there is any seafood in the dish. The lady at the counter says NO. My friend, as she was eating, tastes the shrimp in the rice pancake roll and immediately stops eating. We went to politely discuss this with staff who categorically denies ever receiving the seafood warning. They did not offer us a new bowl nor a refund. This is ABSOLUTELY INACCEPTABLE. Her life could have been in DANGER! Do not go to this restaurant.

I originally thought that the food court didn't have high expectations for the taste, but I didn't expect that the soup was cooked surprisingly well. It was a pity that I didn't finish it. The portion of meat was also very generous.

I don’t ever write reviews but this place was absolutely disgusting. The pork lemongrass looked like a flattened piece of cow hoof slapped onto some plain noodles. It cost nearly $20. My stomach ached after for a few hours. Please do not eat here, I would not feed this to my dog
