I originally thought that the food court didn't have high expectations for the taste, but I didn't expect that the soup was cooked surprisingly well. It was a pity that I didn't finish it. The portion of meat was also very generous.
I ordered the Beef Au Concasse with vermicelli, it honestly tastes quite similiar to Palabok but Viet version. So if you enjoy that dish, you might enjoy this one as well. This dish was also recommenced to me by the worker. The Spring rolls here are always good.
The best food court pho I've ever had. Got the lemongrass chicken pho. Flavourful broth AND meats, with fresh noodles that didn't clump together at all. Texture and taste A+
