The best coffee around! Love the team at Viva, so friendly and WOW do they keep their cool on sunny days & weekends when its super busy. Small wait considering how busy it gets and their microphone system lets you chill outside and head in when order is ready. They also take time to remember regulars names - real sense of community which is lovely. My favourite cafe in the neighborhood. Staff are some of the nicest ppl- they’ll make an effort to remember your name if you’re a return customer. Coffee is consistently good and pain suisse on the weekend is a perfect treat. You see the same ppl here day after day and there’s a great sense of community at this place. :)
I've gone here a few times, especially during the summer. It's a nice spot. Nothing special about the coffee (not amazing, but not bad), and baked goods could go either day depending on your palate (not for me personally). It can get quite busy and overwhelming with the amount of people that go there and with that volume, trying to find a seat.
