There is a cute shop dog. The shop is not big. The bread looks delicious, but the latte is not good. There is no coffee flavor and the taste is not fragrant enough. I ordered an extra shot and it tasted much better, but the coffee beans were ordinary.
Viva Café in Kitsilano is the perfect cozy spot for a warm drink on a cold, rainy day. I ordered a mocha, and it was prepared so beautifully—velvety smooth with the perfect balance of rich chocolate and espresso, topped with just the right amount of foam. It was easily one of the best mochas I’ve had in a long time and felt like exactly what I needed after a cold plunge at Kits Beach earlier today.
