Volcano Sushi and Grill is hands down one of the best places to eat if you love high-quality, flavorful food and great service. Everything I’ve tried has been incredibly fresh, from the sushi rolls to the grilled dishes, and the presentation always looks amazing. The sushi is generously portioned, well-balanced, and clearly made with care, while the grill items are cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. On top of that, the staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The service is fast without feeling rushed, the restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed but still feels special. I am a longtime customer of volcano sushi and tonight was my first time at their new location formerly KOKO sushi I just love the new renovation. The food as good as ever maybe even better. It was so delicious. We had sockeye salmon sashimi, bento box, prawn tempura …. Everything was just so well done and perfect. Our service was excellent and they even have a fun little robot that comes around when the food is ready. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was working across street in construction site , I came here to have lunch and I didn’t feel welcomed there , they were treating the other customers with smile and laugh and I was treated with poker face
maybe they think I am a low class and doesn’t deserve to be there . Will not go there again

They have a neat dinner set where you can choose any three items from a list that comes with miso soup and salad. The portions are good. The BC roll is a highlight as they actually use crispy salmon skin instead of cooked salmon like some places which made it extra tasty. The unagi roll and chopped scallop roll were solid and I like their moist soft fresh sushi rice. The portion of the tuna sashimi was good but the fish quality was below average and the tuna tasted old and stringy instead of soft and smooth. Other than the tuna, everything was great.

Loved this restaurant because they serve high quality sushi without breaking the bank. I reccomend to try out the chef special rolls and also the udon because of its big portion. There is a lot of seating and the semi privage booths are great for groups!

The delivery robot is weird. Especially when its not busy, like couldn't you just bring it to me? I was sitting like 15 feet away from where it was made. Thats minor though, its a good sushi spot overall. Staff was super nice.
One more minor complaint, I feel like it was too bright in the restaurant, dim the lighting a bit for some atmosphere and I'm fully on board.

Went a couple weeks ago. Nice new affordable sushi spot. Seating is very spacious and service was good, our tea/water was constantly refilled. Came to about $25/pp after tax and tip with some leftover packed to-go.
