My friend and I were just killing some time before an event and decided to check out this place. We had some wine and the warm cauliflower dip. It was delicious! It's one of my favorite things now. Great wine too. Reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back to try the charcuterie plates.

VV Tapas Lounge crafts one of the best charcuterie boards in Vancouver, and they have a $10 version during Happy Hour! This spot is easy to miss on Hastings Street just before Downtown, but it's worth swinging by for a great wine and food selection.The Wild Mushroom Risotto is incredibly decadent and packed with umami mushroom flavour. The yolk sauce really ups the richness. This is a must get dish for me.One of the highlights of VV Tapas Lounge is their build your own charcuterie boards. You can choose from 4 ($29), 6 ($38) or 8 ($47) cheese and meat options. All boards are served with house-made pickles, nuts, olives, condiments and bread. And let me tell you, as a charcuterie connoisseur they have some of the best accompaniments I have ever had.
