We had lunch. Service was very friendly. The Sangria berry watery. The tomato and cheese salad very skinny. I mean one sliced tomato, one cheese and some red stuff for I think 23 dollars? All good quality, but small to say the least. So, we weren’t impressed.

This restaurant is located in a very lively area of Vancouver and is a great place to enjoy a quality meal close to local attractions and transportation. The staff are kind and attentive and offered great suggestions when it came to ordering. I ordered the lobster and 8oz PEI Grass-Fed Striploin. I always order my steaks medium rare. This steak came out slightly over cooked, but was still fantastic and had a great glaze. The lobster tail was rich in flavour and cooked to perfection. The lemon pepper fries were seasoned well and had a great taste. After dinner we decided to order the tiramisu for dessert. It was extremely decadent and delicious. It was definitely too large a portion for one person and was easily shared between 3 of us. I would highly recommend ordering it though if you go. If I'm in the Gastown area this will definitely be a spot on my radar.

The atmosphere of the restaurant in Gastown in downtown Vancouver is okay, not very good. The space feels crowded and not very spacious, and there are no open seats on the second floor on weekdays. The toilet is very clean which is a plus. The food tastes very good, the American burger is enough for one person, and some side dishes can also improve the score. When there is sunlight, it shines directly into the inside of the food body, which is very beautiful.

The portion of food was large. Meetbal taste was not awesome, it tastes like pure meat and pork.

Their flavored fries are some of the best I've ever had. The salmon and chicken burgers are notably delicious as well. Some of their dishes are particularly creative. This place does get very busy during the weekdays; it's important to make a reservation a few days ahead to secure a spot during the peak hours.Parking: Paid parking lots nearby

We absolutely adore this place! The steam clock adds such charm, and sitting in the restaurant, enjoying a glass of good wine and indulging in delicious pasta, feels like a dream come true! The service is always outstanding, and even when it's crowded, we feel relaxed and comfortable, especially with our toddler. It's truly a gem of a spot!

3/21/2024This ended up being our most expensive night out. Partly due to the cover charge to see the live music. I wouldn't have minded the charge as much if we got to see the full set but they went on break about 40 minutes after we got there and weren't going to return for the second half for over an hour. It also wasn't busy. Half of the few people that were there, the performers had brought with them. Having said all that, the music was good, I just wanted more for the price that I paid to get in. Everywhere else with this kind of live music eats the cost to drive up food and drink purchases, this was different. The food was pretty good but it was nearly $40 for spaghetti and meatballs. My steak tasted really good but was small for the price. I've had such good food while in Vancouver that though this food was fine, it was underwhelming for the price. The server was great. He made good suggestions including ensuring that my wife knew about onions in her original order, as she's allergic, and got her a much better suited meal. The restaurant is cute and well decorated. From the second floor at dusk, you can see the exterior tree lights slowly come to life as it gets dark, so great for mood setting.I would love to give a better rating. It has all the attributes to be an amazing experience, but the overall costs when compared to all the other venues, just makes it less than ideal.

Upscale cafe smack dab in the heart of Gastown. People watchers, rejoice, gaze upon tourists looking at the steam clock and wanderers about. The tall glass windows give you bright and light vibe inside. The service across the board is fantastic. Attentive, polite, not overbearing. The menu isn't gigantic but a nice variety, including Brunch options til 3. The food is good, it will deliver exactly what you hoped it would be, nothing more. My grilled chicken sandwich was a huge chuck of meat in a smaller focaccia bun. While my chicken did have a bone in it, it was tender and delicious. The fries that came with it were almost a thrown in afterthought. If someone asked me if they should go here I would confidently say yes. But I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it. It's exactly what you want it to be, without standing out beyond that. There's something to be said for that.

Best date night out ever - the service was really top notch, food was incredible and we really enjoyed the live music even more than we thought we would.Vegetarian options: I’m vegetarian and I was very pleased - got the mushroom gnocchi and halumi side. Their brownie was out of this world!

Very disappointing experience. Our server seems to be neglecting our needs on purpose, we were seated for about 30 minutes and we asked to order, he said he will come back and we waited for another 15 minutes. The steam clock has already sang 3 times till this point and we didn’t get to order anything, but the table next to us who was seated later than us, happened to speak the same language,Spanish, with the server has gotten their food already. The another server came and ordered for us in the end. While we have our food, the first server didn’t come and check on us at all. When we are checking out, he was kinda rude too. We didn’t do anything, we ask everything very politely, why are we treated like this? And it’s 3pm, the whole restaurant wasn’t super crowded at all.Food is good, but we will never come back again..
