Service was great coffee also. However, I had the raspberry mousse tart, and my friend had sticky pudding both tasted old and stale like they had been sitting way too long or in and out of the fridge too long or too many times. Could not finish thrm thry were so bad

The staff turnover appears so high here, half the time the staff has no idea what I'm ordering (I just order off the main display, no mods or anything). I just left without buying anything today because even after pointing to the exact item I wanted on the display, the employee had no idea what I was talking about or what it was. I'll just go to a convenience store.

Used to go to this place only for the spirulina frapp. Today first time ever I was told we don’t make it, it’s not on the menu. Clearly if the drink was always available, the baristas (short hair blond hair lady) said that we can’t make it and rejected my drink. Terrible customer service

Disappointing Experience - Ambiance Over Substance

This wave cafe has a nice ambiance, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, the coffee itself was a major letdown. The cinnamon and cardamom coffee was particularly unpleasant.
Furthermore, the self-service model, felt underwhelming considering the slightly higher prices what customers pay for.

I tried both hot and cold coffee, and neither met my expectations, cold was better though, hot was awful. Overall, it was not a good coffee cafe experience.

Bought their espresso beans and they turned out to be awful. They looked shiny, ground weirdly and had a terrible flavor. No fault on my part, I prepared it the way I always make my coffee.
