At this place, the coffee flavor never wavers—it always has the same perfect strength I’m used to. There’s a sense of happiness in receiving it from staff who serve with warmth and kindness. Whenever I need a rich, aromatic coffee to get me through a hard day, Waves is the very first that comes to mind.

I wouldn’t rate even one star for this store for its one of the employees behavior as I asked her if I can use first washroom and then order instead she asked me place order first and go use washroom where line was too long!! Disgusting…👎👎👎👎👎

Went this morning june 26,2025 to grab a muffin woman refused to serve me because her co- worker wasn’t there yet… but yet she was opening the store… second time this woman has done.. What happened to customer service and being kind but yet now rude one needs to really reevaluate their job if they can’t even be kind in that type of customer service job.

Waves gave us some welcome respite for a wet miserable Vancouver day, providing a warm and welcoming environment with great coffee. Many locals thought the same working on their laptops while enjoying their coffee and snacks.
