As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff. The staff didn't rush me ordering. There was plenty of sun, very bright, clean atmosphere. I had great time with my friend. The best part is their washroom was super clean.

I came in looking to sit and work on my computer, but before I could put my stuff down, I asked the two ladies at the front if they had outlets where the seats were and without even answering the questions, the older woman, said I can’t be here with an outside drink.I was in absolute shock because I wasn’t even implying that I was going to sit down, but she refused any service, and refused my presence because I had an outside coffee from JJ Bean….I’ve never been refused service and denied entry to a place because of an iced coffee in my hand….. unbelievable service, shame on you, I had no problem buying something to sit but with that treatment I’d never go back!!Those girls need a review on customer service!

Worst COFFEE SHOP IN ENTIRE CITY! Do NOT GO HERE! I recently came here and when I got my drink I noticed something on it and there was a CLUMP OF NASTY HAIR! I had just got the drink from sever so I know it was from her ! BEYOND DISGUSTING and do not go here if YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH! Boycott this place its beyond repulsive ! Plus they tried to give me a new drink LIKE I WANT A NEW TAINTED HAIRY DRINK! And they were extra rude to me when I showed them the HAIR! So this place deserves NO STARS! HEALTH CANADA PLEASE INSPECT!

I went there specifically because I wanted to try their Nanaimo bar. Unfortunately, it's only okay and had been FROZEN. I can get fresh baked Nanaimo bars in my local area that are way better. Their coffee, however, was excellent.
