It’s a corner in the whole food. Very disappointed

Nice place
The produce and product selections are great, however I notice that the cashiers talk between themselves without acknowledging the customer. A prime example is when I shopped this week and the cashier was openly talking to another colleague about a "stupid" training she had to take, and the other colleague acknowledged that it was indeed stupid It was obvious that they were talking about an internal Whole Foods training. Like many people due to the pandemic I no longer have a job, so I would rather be able to scan my own products rather than hear colleagues grumble about a paid training. I was ignored the entire time despite spending $$$ at the store.
I wanted to get a variety of mini desserts like you would serve for high tea as treats for a road trip I was taking. Lemon tart, cheese cake and chocolate types we tried and they were all great! Just the right bitesize portion. We also tried the waffle too, just be prepared it is coated with icing so very sweet.
Great place to grab a hot beverage and snacks to go. They also have a seating area
Great coffee
Fresh baked goods were tasty, tables were dirty however which always raises concerns about general hygiene levels.
If you want coffee that's more ethical, and better than the generic stuff you can pick up at any old grocery store, Allegro is where it's at. That being said, it's certainly not the best coffee option in the city. It's OK.
