one of the best, if not the best, place to get matcha in vancouver! they use very high quality matcha and you can always tell right away from how green it is.
good variety of matcha drinks on their menu, my favourites have been the strawberry and this blueberry lavender matcha they had for a short period this summer. that blueberry lavender matcha was like top 3 beverages i’ve ever had in my life i’m being so serious.
the food options are great too and they are all vegan including the pastries.
highly recommend this cafe! sometimes there’s a long line but it’s so worth it💚

We loved the vegan ube/matcha soft serve ice cream! It was divine, and such a treat. I love the different hojicha lattes here as well. Space is a bit cramped inside, and the menu and ordering setup could be better (half the menu isn't anywhere near where you order, so you have to go through half the cafe to see everything, then go back and order, and it can be quite crowded at the entrance).

Just had to buy some matcha powder, was there 5 minutes before closing, the guy with glasses put on a straight face and said we are closed! If your matcha is premium, how about upgrading your customer service to premium as well?

I love that there are multiple options for both matcha and hojicha drinks. Way better than the run of the mill regular latte options. Pretty spacious as well with some available seating and it sells some cute stuff. I almost bought a matcha bowl here. Also the cookie was amazing !! Drinks & bakery items were 10/10.

The food here is amazing. The matcha ice cream is delicious, with plenty of matcha flavor. And they must use something besides coconut milk to make their soft serve because I couldn't detect any unpleasant coconut flavor in it. It was a slightly smaller portion than I expected, but not so severe that I felt cheated.
Their drinks were also delicious - the matcha lemonade here is the best I've ever had.
I didn't sample their pastries during my visit, but they all looked amazing.
The cafe was clean and had a nice calm vibe - I didn't feel the music was too loud. However, it is pretty small and doesn't have much seating, so it gets busy easily. Expect to take your food to go if you come here.

I come here all the time but really can’t stand the male Asian staff with glasses’ attitude. He threw the pastry on the counter and had this mean way of saying you want it or not? As a loyal customer, or just a customer in any establishment I rarely had such a negative experience. No smiles. Like I owe the guy money or something. What a shame.
