White Spot Granville & Drake

Ordered eggs Benedict, with no mushrooms and dont cook the spinach or tomatos..and sure enough,server didnt listen at all..serve like you order it would be amazing. I wnt be back..you only have so much time for meals

I've just received an order through a special on Uber. This was the most awful food I've ever experienced from any white spot in my entire life. Utterly disgusting. Stale. Old. Incorrect. A blatant disregard for white spot standards.

Friendly, but very poor service. Food was NOT fresh.
Would’ve sent it back and gone somewhere else but never saw our server again 👎🏼

Always a good experience for breakfast. Service and food are always consistent and hard to beat when it comes to a chain style restaurant.

I would like to share my experience regarding the service at White Spot. This morning at 8 AM, I received an order and waited inside the establishment for 29 minutes. Unfortunately, the staff member completely ignored me, despite my multiple attempts to get their attention. They refused to respond and showed no acknowledgment.

I find this behavior absolutely unacceptable as it leaves a very negative impression of the service. I kindly ask you to take appropriate measures to improve the level of customer care.

Met friends for breakfast here while in town. Clean and open space. It wasn't too crowded on a Friday morning. Service was friendly and food came out quickly. I had an avocado wrap and it was delicious! Eggs were fluffy and the cheese was gooey. Hot and fresh coffee.

Hello? Get head office involved ASAP.

We ordered turkey dinner for two from Uber Eats:

1. The second we opened the containers the smell of food was rotten. I mean ROTTEN. It came from the turkey and it smelled like the turkey was at least a week past it’s due date before they cooked it.

2. Our food was ice cold. Not “warmish”. It was freezing..

3. After exploring the turkey, I realized it’s Deli turkey, like the one you’d put on your sandwich, but cut thick..

Just yuck.

Mashed potatoes were good and veggies were cooked perfectly. But I haven’t ordered from WS in a decade and I will never do it again.

My house smells like rotten meat now.

Just had the traditional turkey dinner delivered from Granville & Drake restaurant. Very disappointed...turkey had a fishy taste and smell. Also ordered individual pumpkin pie...pastry was definitely not fresh.

The service was good and friendly. The food was typical White Spot, not fancy but tasty.

Noisy and disorganized. Service very slow. Fries are not fresh cut anymore. So all in all expensive for what you get. Other locations are much better. And the bathroom here is disgusting. No thanks not connecting with you. It's been this way for a long time

One the few White Spots that doesn't have a dedicated French Fryer. Not very gluten free aware or celiac friendly.

I highly recommend this restaurant! If you're having trouble deciding on a menu, talk to the waiter and they'll give you some recommendations based on how hungry you are! The fries with the hamburger are free to refill, and the pasta was also voluminous and delicious! Thank you Yuhi 🫶
