White Spot Granville & Drake

Ordered the Heat & Serve Roast Turkey Dinner for Two. The amount of turkey was good, but the vegetable serving for two people was ridiculous. Would not order again in future.

Update (over 1 month later):I was asked to send an email to receive compensation, and never heard back.

came here Sunday Nov 16, and i gotta say the food was terrible, i'm no food critic but i’ve been too other white spots before and this one just makes me not want to come back ever. the server or bus boy or whatever he was couldn't understand what we were saying and we couldn’t understand him. not a great way to start a Sunday morning off for sure.

The food was delicious and there was no wait to be seated. The hostess was very friendly. Definitely will come back to visit on my next trip to Vancouver. 😃😁

The wait for our food while others after us got served first made us feel unwelcomed mostly same dishes ordered. Maybe it was because we are Indigenous People's.

Ordered myself a Thanksgiving dinner and decided to treat myself to an over priced $11 personal pumpkin pie. Rather than teach out and let me know they were out of pumpkin pie they substituted it with apple pie. I don't care for apple pie. If they had reached out I would have canceled the pie rather than pay $11 for something I don't want. Other restaurants have called me when there was a problem filling my order. Unacceptable! When I called they only said they were out of pumpkin pie and hung up on me.

The ham for the eggs Benedict is way too small and thin. Looks ridiculous on the English muffin. Mine also had a nasty hair on it.

Edit: filled out the form, they never contacted me. Guess they don't take hygiene very seriously after all.

while waiting for the order, I watched as the man who was packing the orders poured cold soup into a glass, got his fingers dirty with the soup, and wiped them on the inside of the glass. Instead of heating the cup, he simply poured hot water into the cup. It was disgusting! The man had a tattoo on his left arm (a word in Indian) and an earring in his left ear.

White Spot is my favourite local restaurant chain. Quality of the food is consistently great, as is the service. Comes back a couple of times per year.
